OUTSTANDING VALUE !!!
I purchased this gamign chair for my daughter who enjoys playing multi-player online games (on our PS4) with her friends and others. Until I found and decided to buy this chair, she was using one of our hard kitchen table chairs with pillow(s) on it. So this was something I knew she wanted to have, but never really mentioned anything. When she woke up on Christmas morning and saw it all set up in it's "gamer blue" goodness, the excitement-powered-smile nearly stretched her face a few extra inches side-to-side. (A metaphoric image, of course - but you get the picture). Needless to say, SHE LOVES IT. It's VERY comfortable and she's actually started playing a but more often (in a "not overwhelming her life" free-time good/fun way).My ONLY regret is not buying the model with the foot rest - but that's not really ANY kind of relevant issue. I may actually purchase one of these (in black) for my home-office work desk. It's THAT comfortable and great looking.TWO THUMBS UP !!!

Great Chair for Gaming, Look, and Lumbar Support-- Customer Serivce Update
Building the chair is easy; you can do it and the instructions are easily understandable. When I sat down in it, it was a very different feeling than the chair I had before. For a minute, uncomfortable because the build of the chair +lumbar + neck pillow encourages/ makes your back align in a straight direction, as it should. Not slouching was uncomfortable until I positioned the pillows exactly where I needed, adjusted the height, and the angle of the chair. Now, it is a MILLION times more comfortable than any chair I've had before. The other reviews seem happy with it as well so I would say overall this is a very good pick for a gaming chair.--------------------UPDATE: GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICEThe plush material on the arms of the chair began breaking apart months after owning it. It wasn't breaking from wear and tear; it was kind of weird how it broke off, honestly. As if it was cut and then ripped off in pieces, but I contacted the seller and asked for replacement arms. They sent me the replacement arms, which are hard material instead of soft. Not sure if I like them more or less yet, but I do appreciate them sending me replacements arms and that they responded to me the same day I asked!! I would say this is pretty good customer service.

Good chair for smaller people, needs a few tweaks though.
When I was looking for a new chair for my home office about a month ago, I wanted something that was less than $200, all black leather (no flashy logos or accent colors), and comfortable enough to spend hours working/studying/gaming in. This fits all of my criteria, but there are some small issues. Luckily they're mostly fixable with some inexpensive modifications.Aesthetically, it looks awesome. I had a hard time finding an all-black "leather" gaming chair within my budget with no obnoxious logos or colors. No judgement if you like those things, I just wanted my office to look more professional when I'm video conferencing. I like the carbon fiber accents and the faux leather seems like it's good quality. There is a big logo on the removable lumbar pillow, but you can't see it if you're sitting in it and I opted not to use it anyway for comfort reasons that I'll get into below. The mechanisms are holding up great so far, and they really help you customize the chair's position for comfort. The wheels look nice and they move smoothly on hard flooring. My office has low-pile carpet on concrete though. While my old crappy chair moved across it just fine, I do have to get up out of this new chair to move it more than a few inches on the carpet. You can fix this by buying a clear plastic mat to cover the carpet, or you can buy better replacement wheels made for carpet. For reference, I'm a 5'1" 125 lb woman. To me, the seat portion of this chair fits perfectly. The main part of the seat where your rear end sits is padded nicely and has good support, but the sides of the seat (where the carbon fiber accents are, closest to the armrests) are basically hard metal wrapped with the faux leather fabric and there isn't much padding. If you're a bit more bottom heavy than me, I could see even sitting with your legs a normal width apart being uncomfortable after awhile. However, the back of the chair is pretty high (about 3 inches above my head if I sit up straight), so if you're a bit taller but not much wider than me, it should suit you just fine. The armrests are a little high for me and they're not adjustable, but I'm short, and it's not bad enough to be a problem.Okay now I'm going to get into these stupid pillows. The neck pillow is a good size and it's comfy, but it's impossible to keep it at the right height. The elastic strap just isn't tight enough to keep it in place. I'm shorter than most people and the neck pillow sits too low even for me. I ended up just tying the straps in knots until they were tight enough to keep the pillow up at the right height, but I have a feeling it's going to keep stretching out over time, so I might bust out my sewing machine and make a new strap for it.The lumbar pillow is MASSIVE and it's way too dense. Unlike the neck pillow, the elastic seems much tighter and it stays in place once you align it where you want. Unfortunately it's large to the point where no part of my back touches the actual chair, and it sticks out so far that there's no way I can sit comfortably with good posture. I feel like a taller person might not have this problem, but they also would have to deal with a seat that's likely too small. I opted to get rid of the lumbar pillow entirely, and the chair is much more comfy without it.Overall, this chair is great for the price. After making a few mods, I can comfortably sit in it for 8-10 hours a day with no noticeable back pain. If you're taller than about 5'8" and/or already have back problems, it might be better to save up for something bigger and nicer, because you do get what you pay for.

Ya get what ya pay for.
Purchased this March 5th. Today is 11/14 and I’ve highly upgraded my purchase. To another chair and brand. And of course cost difference. This chair started out decent. I’d rate 7/10. It has a straight back. Which means no natural lumbar curve. They curb this with a pillow support. That will also eventually flatten. It comes with a head rest pillow which I thought was nice. And the back has a leaning mechanism so you can adjust it back or straight up. Most done realize but lumbar support is a great frites to have. , new chairs is built in!Now to the cons. One major flaw is the pillowing one the bottom. Now I spend roughly 4 hours a day in this chair. Sometimes 6-8hours on weekends. Mostly gaming. But I also use it for pre work stuff and to just generally sit. Over time. We noticed the padding not be so padded any longer. This means the “density foam” on the bottom isn’t very thick. Bad for the long run. Now it feels as tho I am sitting in the plywood beNeath it. This brings the chair down to a 3/10. Altho usable. And I’ll take it to my shop for work. It’s not something is plan on having over a year.Overall this a good starter chair, it does beat sitting on a kitchen chair. But for the cost I feel a non “gaming” chair might be more suitable.Fwiw. My replacement chair was 379. And it’s years better then this obviously. But food for thought.

Good value for the cost
I put this chair together myself. It was a bit of a pain, but doable. Took a couple hours. My daughter loves it. For the price, it's pretty good!
