Who else wants to learn how to invest like the rich and retire into freedom, as quickly as possible?
With “The Path” in hand you will discover exactly that, laid out in three straightforward stages.+ First Tony shows - with data - how the world we’re living in is a far better place than we’re led to believe and why it’s the best time in history to be in the investor class. Hint: anyone can enter the investor class, large income or small.+ Second Tony explains your own psychological needs and how they are likely affecting your current financial behavior. This is so you can recognize those needs, take control of them, and redirect them from the wealth-sabotaging that you’re probably doing now to instead laying the foundation of a financial fortress.+ Third, with your mindset now aligned to reality and your heart roaring to act, Peter lays out the step-by-step process of how to identify the best path to freedom specifically for your situation. Of course the ultimate result is that you can then focus on what matters most - applying your financial achievements towards maximizing your happiness and the living of an incredible life."The first-best time to start was yesterday. The second-best time is today."As an aside, one hundred percent of the book profits go to Feeding America; you can't lose.Let the journey begin....

Has useful managing risk and estate planning (beyond investing) info
I'm a bit over halfway through now, but after reading the first few chapters, it seemed like it was going to just be a rehash of Peter's info in Unshakeable (co-author with Tony Robbins) and Money: Master the Game (Robbins; Mallouk info included), such as: using (only) a true fiduciary, wise investing, etc.The Managing Risk chapter very usefully covers life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, health insurance, auto insurance, umbrella insurance. Estate Planning likewise has very good info.No regrets buying this, as an owner of the previous two books (as well as the much older "The 5 Mistakes Every Investor Makes and How to Avoid Them: Getting Investing Right").

Good read and perspective on investing.
Appreciate the perspectives provided in terms of not losing sight of why we invest and planning around our specific situation.

Great book with some really well placed humor in it. I blew through it, learned a lot and will probably read it again just so I didn't miss anything the first time.

Inspiring, uplifting, entertaining, and practical.
This is a different and excellent book on financial planning. The Path first highlights our human tendency to be pessimistic and fearful about the future and be overly wistful about the past. Evidence shows that no matter how much outside influences would have us fear the sky is falling, the truth is the world is becoming a better place and that we are wise to have faith in humanity's ability to grow as it pertains to investing. While the future is uncertain, we should learn to embrace uncertainty when it comes to life and our financial futures. Tony Robbins inspires us to find our "reason why." Peter Mallouk alerts the reader to the common mistakes investors make and how some bad actors in the financial services industry may put their interests above yours. Mallouk and Robbins lay out a path toward financial freedom and show you whose help to seek on your journey along that path. Very readable and full of entertaining and inspiring stories along with everything one needs to know for a financial plan.

As a beginner very understandable with great chapters from Tony
As a beginner in the subject of finance, assets and co. I bought "The Path" because - Tony Robbins was involved and the book guaranteed me a healthy overview of some assets and insurances.Tony's chapters, like his books, were great again. His statements about one's own mindset, the attitude to money itself, already known from other books, hit the mark again with me.The rest of the book is also written in a very understandable way. It's pretty funny here and there too. The most important factors are also supported by a large number of graphics and tables. As a non-US-American you have to note: Peter Mallouk is talking about the US market as much as possible. If you can rethink a little bit of information about your own country, then that also works wonderfully. Nevertheless, from my point of view, you should get more detailed information in your own country. What I was missing were clear strategies based on examples. It was not very implementation-oriented for me. Yes, asset allocation is individual, but from my point of view it could have been explained using two or three examples of how asset allocation can look precisely.
