Product is very good. Value for money. But I have only two issues. First of all the angle of display meter is not correct. It's sliding downwards on opposite direction. It should be facing towards us but it's facing downwards. Secondly, the right pandal rubber strip hook was already broken. I can't understand how it can come in broken state in sealed pack. Overall the product is good.I assembled it in 45 mins. It is DIY. Very easy. Spanner provided with product. So no worries.

No worries setting it up as such. If you have a basic know-how of fixing things, then assembling this cycle should not be much of an issue. took me around 30 minutes to complete the assembling.Its quite light, weight wise. It does the basic job of helping me with cycling at different resistance levels. The only disadvantage is that the calori- meter hardly or does not change as per the increaese or decrease in resistance. For eg:- if iam riding at speed 18 kmph at absolutely loose resistance, it would hardly make or wont make any difference in the rate of calorie count even if i ride in with extreme high resistance. the calorie count keeps changing in the same pace, irrespective of the resistance.I think thats because its a very basic cycle with basic features. But thats ok.. it at least does the basic job of exercising for me.

Good quality ,no issues in that.But no Mechanic was provided for installation,it takes 3 hours to install myself.Video of installing is very poor.

Well, the product was received without any damage and had a easy installation interface.To the buyers,1) It's easy to install and it can be done by using the user manual that is provided with the product.2)Screws, nuts and multipurpose Allen key comes with the product.3) Adjustable clamps are provided with the handle bars in order to switch either to CROSS TRAINING MODE or CYCLING MODE.4) The measuring instrument is inclusive with the product but AA cells are not provided in it.5)The tension/resistance knob and flywheel with internal rotating belt are pre-installed.6) Measuring instrument has a common button to switch to different modes.The things to worry are,1)The resistance knob is attached to a belt to resist the rotation of flywheel, but it doesn't resist while operating it.2) The switching rod is stiffer and it's harder to switch.3)The measuring instrument is not that accurate and the values are precisely to the original.

Good Product.. the quality was good for this range.. there was some issue which was causing voice when you were running the cycle, we had raised complaint and it was resolved in one day so good service.. overall value for money

It's a price worthy product and also Good customer service for now, hope the same will remain If any problem occurs.. you have to purchase a cell for monitor they won't provide any. I installed it myself by seeing Assembling video
