We served the meals individualy, but I would not recommend this approach as the flavor is quite strong and salty. I am not familiar how to combine the entrees with something perhaps rice? The meals contain chicken gizzards, potatoes and a type of bread.

I don't normally eat Kosher but these meals were recommended by a friend. The consistency reminded me of Chili and it had a nice hardiness to it. I really liked it. The Potato Kugel I believe was my favorite part. The meal came quickly and was convenient to heat in the microwave. Give it a try for a healthy Kosher meal.

A bit too expensive. Even for kosher.Kugel was ok. Kishke not too much.The chicken giblets were too salty. And the beans were not that great.Not that great at all... ive had better.Not worth the price.

If you are traveling to an area with limited kosher food options and looking to avoid messing with frozen food etc. I'd highly recommend KJ meals. It's the closest you can get to tasty home-made food. Not to mention the ability to safely use a non-kosher microwave. The compact packaging is a huge plus.

Great taste and filling. Great source of fiber. Though not beef cholent, you cannot tell the difference. I was full after eating this meal but was looking for more.
