Beautiful, supple leather
I bought this leather to make a couple of shoulder straps for a tote bag. It's the perfect weight (when doubled and sewn) and it has a remarkably even thickness throughout. Very soft and supple to the touch too. Premium product!

This is NOT genuine leather.
This was advertised as genuine, real leather. It is not. Not at all. This is extremely soft "vegan leather" PU leather, faux leather, fake leather, pleather, whatever you want to call it. It's plastic, smells of chemicals, has a FELT!!! backing where normally you'd feel the rough leather grain.... so, yeah, immediate return. It's soft, it's pretty, but it's NOT REAL LEATHER which is what I intended to purchase. Buyer beware.

Nice quality leather.
This is nice quality and thickness leather. It is uniform and supple. Really nice for trim on a sweater garment.My only issue is the driver stuck it on the mailbox post where the package could easily have blown off onto highway.

Not A quality as described
Item received has 2 quarter inch dimples sticking up as well as other deformations showing on backside that show thru to top side. These dimples are down the middle of the 8x10 piece. Further aggravation, is that the piece of pipe insulation the leather was wrapped around for shipment has ink writing which has transfered all the way across the good side of the leather. This has not wiped off when rubbed with paper towel & am not sure if I can remove it without damaging the leather. I do not recommend, as this piece is quite expensive for its size.

A very nice piece for decorative projects
A very nice piece of leather. Very supple, good stretch, no blemishes. I made a book cover, and it adhered very nicely to the boards I used. The corners came out very nicely too. It cut very smoothly without any extra flash/bits sticking out.
