I have wanted to try to make macaroons for a while now, but I thought they were very difficult to make. This well thought kit has everything you need. The mat I think is the key. It helps keep everything the same size. It is all easy to care for as well.

Love this kit, the matts are nice thick silicone material. Very easy to wash with a soft sponge and warm water...bags are also easy to clean, can flip inside and out, very sturdy, the inside inserts into the pipping bags create zero leakage!

My daughter loves baking macarons and had been asking for a mat for a long time. The set is very good quality, and we use it regularly. We wash everything by hand, which is easy, and the printed circles make it simple to pipe perfectly sized macarons.

The mats seem to be of adequate thickness. I like having the templates on them. The tips and icing bags are not the best quality but decent. The tips include are ones that would be used often for many baking projects. I like the size of the icing bags. They aren't so big that they are hard to handle and big enough that for most batches would hold the entire amount of batter or frosting.
