This table is by far the best tablet I've owned. I had A little Trouble With it. It started when I trying to clear the system Cache by going into Recovery mode. I accidentally it the Fastboot mode instead. Then the screen Got stuck in Fastboot menu and I couldn't Power the Device on or off So i went online Searching for answers Of course Found non so I decided to do a little maintenance trouble Shooting myself by Taking the Tablet apart. Upon dismantling the device I notice that the Screen Was Easy To remove from the back casing Without Breaking it. The Screen and other Components alone with the battery were on one board. In other words I was able to separate the Back Casing From the Tablet screen with no Wires attached to the back casing. I removed the Screen connector component From inside the Tablet board and The tablet Screen Went Black Then I Reassembled it back in place then Put the casing cover Back on the Tablet board and was able Power the Device back up and everything was Fine. Now all I have to do is Charge the Device. I'm a Shocked at how easy it was to Dismantle this device it saved me SO Much time and Frustration from calling tech support , contacting amazon and eventually having to replace the device it self. I've never been able to Do any of this and come up with other previous Tablets that i've had and having a good out come. So I'm Giving this tablet a 5 star rating.

Disappointed with the battery life. I set the brightness to low but still sucks up the battery. The tablet also freezes when watching movies. My others don't. Oh well. I should has never opened the package. dang!

i liked that it was fast bringing up sites and easy to use the picture was great but the screen is easily scratched by just putting it in the case and bringing it out the video sound isn't very good it echo's alot and has alot of static in it so playing games ,music or movies is not something i would use it for that was one of the main reasons i bought it for so if that is something you are wanting it for i would not recommend this product otherwise its pretty good.

I bought thisTABLET for playing my games. My cell phone was hurting my eyes. I didn't realize it had call, text, video chat and all the extras until I recieved it. My eyes love it.

Battery life is less than 4 hours. I purchased to use my POS at craft shows and to play games. I do not think it will work for my shows.

Just go it a few days ago. Works great for what I use it for mainly reading. A little slow with touch screen but only on occasion. Also games are a little slow as well but I have Netflix downloaded on it and it works perfectly no problems. Love this tablet its my first one but so far so good.

Looks like a tablet, acts like a tablet and is a tablet doing all the things a tablet should do except being a phone. Hoping to get a sim card I ran the imei (Correction) number against U.S. mobile and Mint mobile and both say the phone is not compatible. Defines it as Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo whatever that is.
