I'm absolutely obsessed with these. They're stickier than I thought they'd be, but 8 times out of 10 won't leave any residue on your forehead. The other two times, it just feels well hydrated like you've put on moisturizer. Sometimes the gel is off the strip, but it doesn't come off unless you pull at it, so no problems with mess there.The smell is lovely, minty and soothing without being overwhelming - which is perfect when you're sick. And the cooling sensation? Amazing. It's instant relief from fever, general overhearing, and my tension headaches.The packaging it cute and comes in these little packets of two (as pictured), but no box or anything. They're simply put into a plastic package. There are no English instructions or warnings, but I honestly don't feel you need them. Just take one out, peel the clear backing, and stick it on.If it gets too warm, I like to fold it in half (sticky side in so that no dust or anything gets on it) and kind of shake it in the air a bit. Then when I open it again (which does so easily), it's nice and cool again. Sticks back on without any problem until maybe the third or fourth time doing that.I've noticed no skin problems or clogged pores, no sensitivity reaction (and my skin is pretty sensitive). Can't recommend this enough. If you have frequent fevers and tension headaches like I do, this is a must to keep stocked.

I love having these cooling patches on hand for when I get a headache. Ordered this brand honestly because it was the cheapest at the time, but will not order them again. They come in packs of two and the second one dries out before you can use it. The plastic backing is hard to remove. It looks like the rectangles are hand cut with scissors and I am pretty sure one of my toddlers could've cut them better. The cooling effect wears off very quickly compared to other brands I've previously used. Will pay up for another brand next time.

So far I really like these! I cut them in small pieces and use them on my temples, because that’s where I get my headaches and migraines. They seem to help out a bit......along with being in a dark room, and lying down like I usually do. And I definitely think they help more then Ice packs. So if you get headaches or migraines it’s definitely worth it to test these out!

I love these stripps. My face gets hot due to sinus and headaches, and these cool me down right away. I usually cut them into half and one piece again in half so I can put one half strip on my forehead and each quarter strip on my cheeks.

Not as good as the name brand...not as cold and doesn't last as longBut a good price. I like the idea of having both on hand for different needs and severity. Product generally is helpful for migraines...it doesn't erase them but even a bit of relief feels like a blessing sometimes

The packaging was intact, but when I opened it up the item was moldy and dried out. I opened another and it was moldy too. Wtf?

This fever cooling gel patches I bought when I have a fever in my little baby. It’s a real trouble for a child to have a fever. It’s best not to take medicine. This cooling patches effect is OK!

Reste relativement froid longtemps. Pratique parce que ça ne fait pas de dégât d’eau et on peut maintenir le froid sur la tête dans avoir à le maintenir sur la tête considérant que c’est autocollant. M’aide quand même avec mes maux de tête. Un peu dispendieux par contre pour la quantité..

Used it for fever and headaches

Good, but not terrific.

These didn’t work at all for me. I’ve tried some in the past that were alright, but even with several on my body, they didn’t keep me cool even our house at 70 degrees, plus they were messy and kept bunching and sliding off when I would move. I could feel the ‘cooling sensation’ but it was like licking a listening strip and just sticking that on your body - like a barely cool burning type sensation. And then I’d just forget it was even until it would fall off or I’d get gel on my hands.

I bought these because my usual brand was sold out everywhere. I have to say I'm impressed. None of the package is in English (I used google lenses to translate) and it's exactly the same ingredients listed as my normal brand, but I paid 3 dollars less and got 20 instead of my 5 from my normal brand.My 5 year old had a fever of 102 and after about 30 min wearing it she was down to 99. I love that kids can wear them while they sleep without bugging them or having to change a cold pack. Definitely will be buying again.
