I received the hydroponic kit but the package is incomplete. The air pump (motor) mentioned in the product description is missing. Some items are mixed and not properly packed. The charger included in the box looks old and used. Very disappointed with the quality control. Please check the product before shipping

I have been using the City Greens hydroponic kit for a few weeks now, and honestly I’m really impressed. The setup was quite simple, even for someone like me who’s new to hydroponics. The plants started growing faster than I expected, and they look fresh and healthy every day. Maintenance is also very easy just checking water levels and nutrients is enough.
