There'd nothing wrong with the hair. The hair is fine. I just took 2 stars off because it's not the same hair I was expecting. I've ordered this hair many many many timed but now it's definitely not the same hair I've ordered before. It came in different packaging and it's thinner and it smells more. The other times I ordered the hair was at least twice this amount of hair and I'm not even joking ! The smell was slight and went away rather quickly. And it came in the magenta pouch . It looked exactly like the pictures nice and thick so thick u can see it from the front ! Now this hair they just sent me is so thin I look like I'm bald cuz it hides behind my head and neck! I'm so very disappointed! I obviously ordered this hair because I loved it and now I have to keep it because i need it rn and don't have time to return and search for another vendor to switch to.

No shade to the other reviews of this product but let me break this unit down for you.1. That girl in the ad photos is NOT wearing this hair. Her hair is NOT coming to you.2. Look...for the price its an ok unit. It tangles but it cheap so that is sort of expected. It is soft to the touch and doesnt feel like plastic which is nice. Rub a SMALL amount of frizz serum (I use Fantasia Frizz Serum but they didnt pay me to say that so you dont have to use that brand) on your hands then work it the ENDS ONLY. This will help it from tangling as much3. Dont expect a ton of uses out of this unit. I bought it as one use item and for the price I am not mad at that.4. Dont expect to be able to just pop this on and run out the door. Do a trial run sis! This isnt a pop on ponytail. You're gonna need some time to perfect the style and ensure a secure install. Get you some bobby pins and try putting it in before you actually intend on going out with it. Pro tip: After inserting the combs and tightening the elastic draw string as tight as it will go (without breaking it) wrap that bad boy around the top of your hair as many times as you can get it and secure the end underneath the pony tail with a bobby pin or two. Then slide another two pins near the top and u should be good to go.5. This unit is shiny out the package so get you some dry shampoo girl and LIBERALLY spray ol' girl down to dull that shine and give it a more natural look.6. Now shes gonna tangle underneath where it rubs all on your back but dont use a BRUSH!!! Get you a wide tooth comb and make sure you hold the top of the pony tail to make sure you dont pull her out! If she starts to get nappy underneath after you wear it use a razor comb to help cut those rough ends off.

Just get the ponytail! It's so BEAUTIFUL! There are so many dimensions and layers of curls. I love how the top curls are shorter, more dispersed, and able to span wide across the head. The longer curls are more uniform and taper toward the bottom. The shape is on point! It's so classy and dramatic. The combs and drawstring are secure. I used braiding hair to make a small, sizeable bun as the base so the ponytail could give a 60s, beehive, waterfall effect. I wanted that ponytail sitting UP. It did not disappoint at all. I got this ponytail for my birthday pictures and have attached a photo before my shoot began. It's definitely giving Tasha Doll vibes!

The grey doesn’t match the the picture. It’s a solid pastel grey and doesn’t look natural at all.

Still new to the hair piece and wig game but when I’m not feeling like spending time doing my hair this is a quick go to. It tangles easily and gets fizzy at the ends really quick. The color I must say is on point. Very close to the color I’m rocking now.

The media could not be loaded.  As you can see in the sellers photo and in my photos/video it does “appear” to have black strands of hair in it. However, when it arrived and in person, it’s STRAIGHT GRAY! No highlights of black at all. It’s all shadows. I’m very disappointed because I was planning on wearing this tonight and was so happy it arrived early enough for my event. My natural hair is black with lots of gray streaked throughout, this was totally a disappointment.
