Great for basic garage use
Great price for a decent anvil. Not finished to perfection but who cases, we're just going to beat on it. Watch YouTube videos for how to round the too-sharp edges, change color, make it look "pretty", etc. Hardy hole needed large burr removed but that was trivial to do. Not a standard 1" hole, so make sure you're ok with that. If you're going to make your own Hardy hole drop-in accessories it's fine. The "30" on its side is 30kg, which is 66 lbs. For me, this is "right sized" not too big or small. Most often seen ratio of anvil to hammer is >20 to 1 meaning this is good up to a 3 lbs hammer, but the ratio is for optimal efficiency of blows so you be the judge.

Works great
A little softer than more expensive anvils but you can dress the face up and bring it back to new. Also the corners are sharp but nothing the angle grinder can’t round off.

This thing is awesome.
I might buy a larger one or smaller one in the future depending on how I feel. This thing rings like a friggen bell and hurts my ears, so I'll try to make a nice stand for it and secure it down so it doesn't ring as much. So far, it's a nice anvil, I do not like where the pritchel hole is (the round hole).I might experiment with modifying the anvil using a welder at some point.I have forged using it, it is really nice once you radius the corners some.

Great value
Exactly as shown/described. Had some burrs here and there that I was able to remove with a good file. The paint is easily removed with carb cleaner. The ground surface is good and hard. A 3/4" ball bearing dropped from 30cm bounced back to about 22cm. Over 70% rebound. I have not seen any body filler on mine. The spot where they ground the sprue flush looked like it might be filler but its all steel. The shipping was ultra fast, I received it in under 2.5 days.

Between 55 and 60 Rockwell hardness with a few small issues.
I just recieved this anvil. I purchased it for $150. It has a good ring indicating there are no critical flaws inside. I tested the hardness with Rockwell files and it tested above 55 and below 60. For a hobbyist, I'd say this is a great anvil, though it will need to be lapped and deburred a little before use. The round hardy hole is perfect, but the square still had a significant burr from the end mill and as a note to the manufacturer, the square hardy hole is slanted to one side width-wise and has a little play, maybe 8-12 degrees lengthwise.

Its not forged steel.
Discription states anvil is forged steel. Its actually cast steel. Not to be confused with cast iron. Horne is pitted and edges need refining.
