Had for almost a year... Stopped working.... Customer Service Was Excellent!!
Can’t fault it. The air fryer was used almost daily for almost a year but it stopped working.Spoke to Yeeyo customer service and sent them a few pictures, within a few days a replacement air fryer was received! No hassle, straight forward to deal with and was surprised how quick it the issue was resolved. What can I say, looked for an air fryer for a period of time but wanted one that I didn't have to keep opening to turn/shake chips or whatever else I was cooking - This is perfect, has a rotating basket so chips and other items you would normally need to 'flip' in an oven or other air fryers, taken care for you and all cooked evenly.I’ve cooked chicken (including small whole chickens on the rotisserie), kebabs on the rotating skewers as well as different meats on the grill plates provided. All cooked evenly and never had an issue.Unfortunately, almost a year of having the air fryer it stopped working. No sign of power getting to it at all and no issues with the fuse etc.Contacted Yeeyo customer services as there is 2 years warranty with the product. After a few messages back and forth and some images sent, Yeeyo advised a new air fryer would be sent - Arrived within three days! Can’t fault the customer service at all and would recommend the air fryer and Yeeyo themselves. Didn’t actually expect them t resolve as quick as they did but credit where credits due!Honestly, if looking for an air fryer that is a decent size, can cook a wide range of food, and not need to worry about burning/overcooking chips etc, this is perfect. Definitely recommended!

works well and cost effective
my last air fryer finally gave up after several years we decided to try this and it's fantastic. Easy to use and heats up super quickly cooks well and a lot quicker than our main oven and so much cheaper to use not a bad thing with energy prices on the rise, easy to clean overall a great little machine big enough for 2 people easily

Just a GRILL!
The media could not be loaded. Please scroll to the very bottom for latest!************************************************Received this yesterday and felt frustrated at the cage which contained the two rotating disks. They had pushed the cage out of shape and were difficult to remove risking cutting my fingers. The oven itself is much smaller than it looked on pictures and videos. There are no assembly instructions. The installation booklet is useless as it doesn't even have any drawings to identify the different parts! The small recipe book has mistakes, eg food title and ingredients that do not match. Tragic! The Amazon description claims to roast a chicken up to 3 lbs (1.36 kgs) but there is no recipe for a roast chicken, just indications of cooking small pieces. The chicken they have used is a poussin, ie baby chicken not weighing more than 1 lbs so not a family-sized one.The main feature of this "air fryer" (ie convection oven) is the rotisserie. But nothing prepares you for hours of struggling with the components to try and make them fit together. The only clue is an etched L and R on the disks. You also have to use some tiny screws to stop stuff from sliding off. Then you have to figure out how to put it in the oven having no indication how much space is needed or how far to push the disc in onto the shaft. OMG!Also those claims that you can cook a 25 cm pizza? No. You can't.I will put the oven through its paces over the next few days but first impressions are not good. There is no way that chip basket can fit 700 grams of frozen chips and cook them nice and crisp. Two handfuls more likely. Oh and you are not allowed to use oil in the oven so forget doing a normal roast. Will this end up like a mini oven, good only for open cheese sandwiches and heating up pre-cooked meals? Or will it join the breadmaker in the cupboard of lost hopes and fad inventions?Update: used this oven today to heat up some Christmas snacks. Used all 3 levels of cooking. Things in the bottom were cool enough to touch. Things in the top were too dry. Things in the middle were okish. The oven is very noisy. I measured 66 decibel which is way louder than any machine at home.I decided that the amount of food you can cook in one go is not enough for two hungry people and therefore it is pointless to own this oven. Sadly, it cannot replace my other kitchen appliances plus the door is defective as it keeps coming off each time you try to open/close the oven! Also tried to bake croissants in the "oven" which colour nicely on top but remain raw in the bottom. This appliance is nothing more than a glorified grill. You can get better mini ovens for much less and they won't be noisy. The rotisserie/fries basket are gimmicks.****************************************************************************************Latest review of the item after owning it for several months and using it daily.****************************************************************************************I now love my mini oven even though it wasn't what I expected, even though it gave me grief to get used to it and understand how to work it.I make my daily toast in it. I use tiger bread as the one sold by Iceland. It cooks so fine! Nicely browned on both sides (you get to turn it mid cycle) yet fluffy inside.I cook my frozen Waitrose or Tesco all butter croissants in it. Just put them on the top wire rack, oven in full, 14 mins, turn them once after about 10 mins cooking but now put on the middle rack as they are puffed up and won't fit on top rack. Croissants take a bit of experimentation but once you find the right temperature and time, you do not have to worry. They do need to be fairly browned (not burned of course!) for the interior to be cooked and not doughy. They can't be rushed. We do a rotisserie chicken, usually buy the small size which is about 1.2 kgs, fits just about. Sometimes need to tie the chicken legs and wings to avoid them scraping the bottom tray. We don't use any of the preset programmes, just turn the oven on and let it run for 40-50 mins but the preset programme is great for beginners. My daughter likes to keep the Nando's sachets of marinade and rub the chicken in it. OMG! Such a quick and easy way of adding flavour! But the old trick of salt, pepper and garlic works fine, too.We reheat takeaway chips on it and take away pizza slices. This oven works fantastically with Iceland's oblong pizzas when they have defrosted at room temperature. It cooks the base crispy and not chewy and as the pizza is defrosted, it can easily be manipulated to fit the wire rack. You can grill meats on it but it makes a huge mess. I find that cleaning the oven daily is the best policy. The door comes off easily but is harder to put back in. You need to align the left hinge first and then push the right side in.This oven works well with burgers/snacks in a box like Rustlers, Feaster, etc. You place the patty on the top rack with the palest side up. Place the buns opened up in the middle rack. Select top temperature and give it 5 mins. You get a beautifully warmed patty and bread that is still soft but has a bit of texture on the top so you can easily spread the mayo or whatever it comes with. Better than microwaving patty and toasting buns. One machine, 5 mins, done!I find this oven to be a godsent for disabled people who need something accessible - I have mine on the dining table so I can get up from my recliner and heat myself some food without having to ask for help (the only help is my kid leaves the food on the table in the morning.)Children love using this oven as it is cute but beware, it can still cause burns! If you have moved homes or are renting a room and want an easy way to cook food without going into the kitchen, this will be a great help. I remember the days of eating microwave meals whilst renovating my home - how boring it was! Also if you have ordered a takeaway and it arrives cold and the chips are soggy and you are hungry and angry because you started your film... no worries. Just stick things into this mini oven and let it warm them up for you. The chips get revived beautifully as long as you place them in single layer.OK I hope I have helped. I wanted to be fair with my review and I am happy that for once a later review has added stars rather than taken. I like to keep original reviews in as some people find that useful.×××××× BROKE DOWN 20/07/21 ××××××The oven stopped working. Two days prior to giving up the ghost it emitted a really foul smell like cables burning but my daughter convinced me the smell came from her bedroom (teenager...) I am sad. But not so sad as to reorder one. It was not even 8 months old!

Faulty and poor customer service.
This worked well for 4 months and we were pleased with it, then it suddenly stopped working. Amazon said we had to get in touch with Yeeyo which we did. We answered question after question about the product and even had to send a photo to show it had no power when plugged in. Then the following day we received a message asking us to check the product again and check if any 'looseness'. Again we replied that it wasn't loose. This is still not resolved. It's a lot of money to pay to get 4 months use out of. Hopefully this situation will eventually be resolved but it's made us aware of where we are actually purchasing a product from.UPDATEYeeyo offered a replacement which they sent out. They said it was coming from overseas so would be a month's wait. However it arrived in a few days from a warehouse in UK. All good...but the corner of it is smashed. So had to message Yeeyo again and sent photo. Fingers crossed it will be sorted this time.
