Adjustable and durable
The media could not be loaded. I bought a jumping rope from CVS before the Covid outbreak because I figured I wouldn't be able to go to the gym for a while and I need an alternative cardio exercise I can do at home without heavy equipment. Just recently the rope broke so I needed a new one and bought this item. I have to say this product is a lot better than the pharmacy one. The length is adjustable and it's very simple to adjust the length - no screws needed, you just push on the the edge of the handles then push or pull the cable depending on the length desired. It has an anti-twine feature that lets the cable rotate as it turns when used so it doesn't twist. Sucks to have to untwist the jump rope everytime when that happens. Cable is made of durable plastic material on the outside and a solid metal string on the inside so you know it wont just suddenly break. The cable is thin and at the same time has good weight that makes it easier for me to do double unders. I could barely do it using my previous jump rope. On top of that, it came with an extra cable so if the first cable gets damaged or old I have another cable to replace it, which means the the life of this item is doubled. Great deal for its price.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for with this rope. I consider myself a skilled jump roper. Fast freestyle, double unders, triple unders. The anti-lock mechanism within the handles are not adequate to withstand the force/speed I need or require. I’ve used the rope three times, and all three times, the pvc coating sheared off within the handle exposing the wire, separating itself from the handle (shown in attached picture). So I’ve used wire cutters, to cut the exposed wire so I can stuff it back in the handle, and It’s now too short For me to use, so I’m already on the second rope that comes with the purchase. Like I said, I am a skilled roper, so I go from fast freestyle, skips, to doubles to triples. All three times that the rope came out of the handle happened when I was going from a freestyle to a double or triple. So if you’re a skilled roper, don’t get it. For beginners, or if you just want to do double unders at a consistent speed, then it might work. But I’m not that mad because it was only 14 dollars. I usually use rx jump ropes.

Compact, portable, and easy setup
I’ve been meaning to add a speed rope to my fitness equipment collection. Although I wouldn’t say this was the best option out there, this is certainly a good option. It does the job. Firstly, my package came with a semi-mesh bag, 2 handles, and 2 interchangeable cables (red, black). There is also an instruction manual explaining how to attach the ropes to the handles. Secondly, I like how the handles to cable attachment is designed as you can just unlock the handle tips by pulling them back and thread the ropes through. I was able to adjust the length of my rope to an extent using this option. There is also the option to trim those cables to adjust to the individual; I didn’t want to alter the cables this way yet and also the stock length seems to work for me well. As I use this rope to improve my core, cardio, and speed development, it functions well as it moves well and evenly. It's lightweight and after my workouts, I just curl it up and stick it back into the mesh bag to keep things compressed and organized. It is a welcomed addition to my workout set. So far, it's holding up pretty well.

Best jump rope I've used yet!
I'm the type of person who goes through jump ropes all of the time. I've destroyed three this far (~600-900 jump evey day). So far, oh so good. Great feeling handles, slightly weighted for leveraging your spin, and an ingenious design that allows you to quickly lock the rope in place. They also provide another cable which allow you to reuse the handles. Literally everything you could ask for in a jump rope. I don't regret it and you won't either.

Get it
What a difference it makes in using a speed rope as your cardio exercise! I am no speed jump rope expert, but the ease of use is great. The rotation is great. I like that two "ropes" come with it. It allows two of us at different heights to use it. It has been around a month since having it, but no complaints here. From a beginner speed rope user, this one is at a great price and gets the job done.

Customized jump rope
Its pretty cool that you can perfectly adjust the length of this jump rope and it came with 2 bands that are easy to swap out between the handles. I'm about 5'11 and had to cut the wire just a bit to make it fit perfect, but that was easy with wire cutters, and you may be able to do it with scissors? Seems pretty durable but will update if that changes. All in all a good purchase.

Good fast rope
I’ve used it for about a month and it has worked well. Its innovative way of adjusting length is easier and so far more reliable than others. Handles and rope are thin consistent with being a fast jump rope. If you want a heavy rope, this is not it. As a fast rope it works well

Combat weight gain!
How to combat weight gain during the pandemic? Jump rope! I can do this exercise in the garage and backyard. It is adjustable and tangle-free. We had a softer and lighter jump rope which my daughter used before, so this rope was a little harder to get used to at first. But now she jumps 20 minutes every day after getting used to this faster and slimmer rope. Keep burning calories during this quarantine.
