Much cleaner than tissue paper
The media could not be loaded. The installation is very simple done this for my upstair and downstairs bathrooms. Remember to shut off the valve when not in use

Nice but some concerns.
On the positive side this hose was a nicely finished part at a great price delivered quickly. Although it does work, it restricts the flow of water so that the shower head can only deliver about 80% of the full flow rate. The bore of the internal rubber flexi-pipe is a bit too small. Overall it's value for money but the performance is weak.

Great feature to my bathroom
I love the fact that I can use it for personal hygiene as well as to clean the toilet. I had my plumber installing it for me as it was fitted while we were renovating our bathroom, but it looks easy enough to install. There's 2 options for the water spray. I'm very happy with the quality of the product!

So good I bought another!
Bought this to update an old, different model that was leaking. Only needed to change the head and hose. This new upgrade is great! No leaks and the flow mechanism is much better that the old squeeze trigger ones which seem to always eventually develop leaks. I was so impressed with this new one that I bought another a few days later!

Stopped working after a couple months
The media could not be loaded. Bidet stopped working completely. As you can see from the video the clip should be at the bottom but does not stay down.
