Excellent, superb, cannot fault.
After reading a few poor reviews, I had to add my excellent review, the delivery driver asked me via text to assist unloading, which I did, what a pleasant young man, the television was so well packed, it couldn't be faulted, apart from the struggle to get it out of the box, the stand instructions aren't very clear, but manageable. I found setting up the television to be so easy, and I'm 70! I've set up my Prime account, my satellite dish, my Virgin Tivo box, I've changed from a Panasonic 50 inch LED, which had a perfect picture, to a 55 inch 4K, which has an exceptional picture and sound, and I am very particular indeed, excellent value for money, very impressed, it is worth the full price, let alone what I paid.

Great TV for the price point 👍
Great quality TV for the price point. Such a huge upgrade to my previous TV, picture quality and brightness is great. My only suggestion would be to use in conjunction with a sound bar as the sound quality is lacking when watching movies.

Brilliant quality, difficult to get the best colour settings though.
This came well on time when I ordered it, and was also easy to set up - I got it for my mum as a joint Christmas and birthday present and it’s safe to say she absolutely loves it. It’s got great built in apps and the Netflix built in to the TV can play things in 4K and with Dolby Vision + Atmos, YouTube is also able to play high res vids on the built in app too. As for the TV itself, the sound is alright for a TV, we’ve not had moments where we’ve noticed anything bad about it so I’d say it’s pretty average in terms of quality - if you really want great sound I’d say get a sound bar which is a must for most TVs these days. Now for the picture, it’s great - kind of . The quality of course is brilliant and crisp, however the TV doesn’t have upscaling so if you’re watching something that isn’t HD? You’ll know. Even HD programs can look a bit blurry despite the settings to be found on the TV itself that try to counteract it. The colour settings have probably been the most difficult thing to setup on this unit, and I’d say we’ve still got a little way to go to find our sweet spot of the settings (use the cinema settings for best colours) and there isn’t anything on the web that’s helpful for this line of models I’m afraid.Other than that, it’s a great unit! I’d just have to dock a star for the colour accuracy not being the best out of the box and being very difficult to tune.

Just Wow
having gone from a 32" to this 55" to begin with it felt like we were at the cinema have got used to it now. Fantastic. Only gripe is we run the sound through our DVD surround sound and it doesn't automatically keep the sound when we change channel so have to press the IPOD button on DVD remote to reinstate sound. Whether it is us being technophobes or a glitch is a small price to pay for such a great tv

Good tv, bad software
This tv is a good 4k tv, 55 inch and when watching media that was made for that it checks the boxes. However the amount of times that the home menu has faught me or crashed when trying to navigate the applications is crazy given what I paid. If you use a tv stick or a console or even a skybox you'll be fine. But going from netflix to an app that isn't mapped to a button and its an uphill battle that may end in restarting the TV.
