Great product but even greater customer service

Badly made ,the pair do not match,the rawplug fitting supplied was very poor quality, very difficult to fit.

These curtain hold backs are a beautiful design, but look very cheap and both leaves turn up in the same direction. Not the great quality I was expecting sadly :(Quick delivery though.

At first glance, these look very nice and are very smart. However, it is almost impossible to get straight-on access with a screwdriver to screw them into the surface, due to their design, and completely impossible with an electric screwdriver or drill. Most importantly, they are both identical - by that I mean not mirror images of each other, so when you put them at each side of a window, one curves up and one curves down, making it look as if they are at different heights, even though the screw holes are at exactly the same height.

Brilliant! Brings the whole room together.

Both exactly the same so when fitted one side points up the other points down so looks unbalanced.
