Fit Kohler wellworth toilet tank
It fits on top of the tank fine, but not as flat as the original one, the finish isn't as good as original one either. One corner has about 3mm gap, so when pressing on it, diagonal corner pops up a bit. Have to stick a small 3mm-thick foam block to make it level.
