The only problem is the condition on which they arrive. I continue to purchase them, because I truly like them, but not one single box has arrived with all of the cookies unbroken, and in some instances, ALL of them have been broken. I now purchase them in multiples so that they arrive in additional packing, resulting in at least half of the cookies arriving unbroken. Five stars for taste but 2 stars for packaging (arruving undamaged, but insufficient for protection). My only complaint is their size. I wish they were round rather than oval and the size of a typical coffee mug.
