If I could give -1 I will, it said I has 1 years warranty but don't waste your time on it, it just a saying. After months of using it, it stop receiving calls and when I request for a refund since the warranty has not end, the seller refund to, refund the money saying it working. Not to forget when I sent the phone, I waited week and I have to call amazon fir them to contact the seller for me to know they indeed received the phone but did not email me to tell me that they received the phone, instead they insisting for me to take it back and if that was not enough Amazon told me there is not they can do to help me get my money back. It either I take back the faulty phone or I leave. I a very disappointed, I shop on Amazon once or twice a month if not more. Buy it ok I guest they need the money more then me, so go ahead and keep. For all I know this is my last purchase on amazon, I will delete the app permanently on my phone since as a customer you clearly told me there is not you can do and if I get into a situation like this in the future, I will not get help then what's the point of shopping with amazon.

I11 is a bit temperamental in its operating system. It appeared to die until I followed the Apple 3 button procedure. Now I tried to put the latest iPhone software in it only to find it reverted back to a raw phone with no functions and requested I use a PC to load an operating system from another phone or PC. I don’t have time or patience to go thru all this, so I guess it’s a trip to the Apple service centre or a phone shop

I was a little bit sceptic about the purchase as always had a new iPhone. A have ordered one that was marked as in Excellent condition and it truly is. Like new, not a single scratch, all systems seem from Apple including the battery. For so much less you can get a perfect phone.

Was a nice phone. bought mainly for the camera. unfortunately that has massively deteriorated. it doesn't focus the same at short distance and its all jumpy when refocusing in videos, so your videos jump about. basically useless camera. will not purchase refurb again. It also periodically stalls or glitches. sometimes barely noticeable, othertimes you have to restart the app. It takes about 6 months for the issues to show. Struggle to contact anyone other than amazon automated assistant which just puts you in a loop, but still trying
