I notice within a week or two my hair is not breaking off or super dry and I have not been using any topical products on my hair, I notice my skin looks better but I have also been using an ice roller on my face. Cons: The pills are sort of big and the dose is 6 at a time. I decided just to take 3 or 4 at a time its the best I am willing to do, I am sensitive the smell of these pills but just try to swallow quickly. They dont have a taste exactly but def. more pungent than my Vegan Collagen supplements. However I think these do work and I'll keep taking them

I got Supreme Collagen because I was looking for something to help with my hair growing as well as my nails and skin. Haven't quite finished the container, but I might be noticing an improvement in my hair and nails not splitting as much as they had been; however, it's been less than a month, so it's still too early to tell. Will update my review after more time has passed. I take this with a glass of water before breakfast on empty stomach. I will continue using this product along with the other supplements in the hopes that I see additional volume in the next few months.

Now that I'm forty, taking care of myself has been even more of a priority. I read about the benefits of collagen and found out that I needed a good supplement. I'm so glad I found this product. It's excellent for my joints, hair, nails, and skin. This is my second bottle and I can see and feel it. I wish I had started taking this sooner.

I've been looking for a new collagen supplement for some time and was drawn in by this one mainly by the sleek packaging. I've been splitting up the tablet serving throughout the day and so far, so good! I've been wanting to grow my hair out for some time and the difference in the last couple weeks is more noticeable than anything I can remember since I committed to growing it out a couple of months ago (barber shops being closed due to shelter-in-place helps too haha).Since I started taking this supplement daily, I've noticed my skin has been clearer as well. Hard to complain about a side effect like that!

I have been looking for a collagen supplement that also includes Hyaluronic Acid, so I was glad to find these. 6 tablets seems to be the standard serving size for collagen but thankfully these tablets are not too big. I spread them out across my lunch and dinner. I will report back once I have taken the whole bottle, but I already noticed that my nails seem to be growing quicker and they are a bit stronger. I also have been thinking of dying my hair pink after I grow it out a bit. These tablets are helping my hair grow quicker than normal! The product is manufactured in an FDA registered facility and uses pasture raised beef for the collagen which are both added bonuses.

I've been a nail biter my whole life and have caused my nail beds to deteriorate and recede :( Ive been taking supreme collagen to help restore my nails and nail beds. I'm glad this product has hyaluronic acid because most of the other collagen products i've tried dont have it!Ill try and update in a month or so to show progress :)

Worst supplement I ever bought. Smells like cat food! I threw the entire bottle out!

Bought these because I wanted to mix up the powder/shake form with the pills. These work great!Not too big so they're easy to take. I just take 2 at a time and these dont have as much a taste as other collagen capsules I've tried.Definitely recommend.
