How do you drain the bag? Is there a trick to it?

I would imagine you need to set up a siphon and drain the bag before you can bring it down.

How do i fill the bag?water comes back out while trying to fill

It will only fill up to the spot where the hose goes in. If you can't fill it at all that is a different story

What is the weight of the product? Also, how does the shipping box size?

Fully loaded with water approximately 190 Lbs.. Not a large box as bag s folded
