Very Nice Mild Brace
Offers great support without the stiff stays that make many braces uncomfortable. The lumbar pads are separate on each side of the spine instead of one big pad that pushes on the spine. Very comfortable and breathable, you can wear it under clothing if you like.

It got to me fast and fit well and is very good quality

Nice design, but WAY undersized.
I ordered the xl/xxl and it's no where near XXL. So why put such a range? The sizing matched my waist but this is so small I can only get the main velcro to attach where it's supposed to. The other velcro straps should cross over each other but can't. Too short. Still, I can attach these two to the main part of the belt and it's a comfortable wear for a few hours. I was hoping for more support. I do love the two thick/stiff pads on the lower back. If you ever make a larger size, describe it better!

Not Recommended!!!
This back support caused more pain wearing than the pain I was trying to elevate. The extra support for the lower back is hard. It is very uncomfortable to sit with it. While wearing the belt and eliminating most activities, I was in more pain than the pain from my compressed fractured L4 & L5. I went to a specialist and bought a proper support band for my lower back.The quality of the product was good so I gave it 1 star.

The smell is really bad
The product has a very strong smell like chemicals. I am trying to wash the smell away but haven't had any luck yet. The size seems correct and seems like it will offer me the support I need if can make it work.....
