Packed for an 8 day holiday for 4 people and 2 dogs, fit everything that was needed great and securely, no roof rack needed, sturdy straps, easy folding and storage ,good value for money Would recommend !

Drove from Manchester to Cornwall with the bag filled, I did buy extra straps just to give me piece of mind but dont think I needed them it was very secure on top of my nissan quashqai. It stood the test we had different weather's wind,rain and sun and bag still in good condition and everything inside safe and dry. You can fit a lot in side we had x2 large suitcases,x3 large vacuum seal bags,backpacks and coats with still room for more if needed. Would recommend.

Unfortunately it will not get used until July, I'll update then.It arrived quickly in it's storage bag. It seems good quality and the storage bag is an excellent addition along with the mat.

I was able to fit SO much stuff in the bag - if anything it was too big for my car! I have raised bars and the straps worked well to secure the bag to the roof.My only complaint is that it takes a lot longer to secure and tighten the straps than I thought it would take. I am sure I will get quicker.A roof box of similar volume would’ve been over 6 times the price so it constitutes great value for money!

Great roof box, large capacity, a bit fiddly to install but works great for cars without roof racks. We have used this as a car over flow system several times while travelling back from Northumberland to Suffolk. We have been through all weather fronts including flash flooding annd snow and at various speeds, it has stood through them all. Nothing has gotten wet, just cold.

We were slightly apprehensive about how secure and reliable this would be…..We went camping for a weekend and pretty much filled it with everything we needed, we were amazed at how much we could fit in. This included a 6 man tent, 3 camping chairs, 2 wind breakers, 3 suit cases, bedding, airbeds, foldable tables, cool box and other camping equipment - with room to spare.It’s quite easy to fit, once you know how, and we were definitely much quicker fitting on the way home. &Everything stayed dry inside.We priced up roof boxes and roof bars. And found this a much better/cheaper alternative, however we did have our reservations about it been secure, especially been held on by straps only, (and a previous review) this is the reason for the extra strap we used, but this was only for our own peace of mind, but it was not needed.Would definitely recommend, gutted we did not discover this sooner

Made a trip to Cornwall about 600 miles round trip on a dry weekend. Seems a sturdy bag and impressed by the storage space. As it is a bag I feel it’s worth the extra time making sure the bag is filled and fitted well with a tight fit for all the hooks that need fastening. Another thing to consider is to travel more or less directly to your destination and then remove the bag completely after unloading. On your journey back you will be repeating the process of fitting and packing the roof bag on top of your car. Another thing I noticed is the rubber mat tends to slide a bit underneath the roof bag, I have a feeling it might fly away one day. Other than that the roof bag itself seems very secure and unlikely to move on your journey doing decent speed on the motorway. I would definitely recommend this roof bag to avoid the steep cost of fitting roof bars with a roof box.

Not worth the money our sleeping bags airs beds and everything else got wet on our first use. Missed the first day of our trip. Do not buy

Nous avons acheté ce coffre de toit en tissu pour notre départ en vacances. En plus d’arriver très vite et de prendre très peu de place une fois plié, il tient excellemment bien sûr le toit et n’augmente pas la prise au vent de la voiture même à 130 km/h.Le rangement est très important à l’intérieur. Il peut largement contenir les affaires d’une famille. Tout en sachant que la valise contenant le sac de toit une fois fermé est plus petite qu’une valise cabine.Je recommande fortement d’autant plus que les sangles tiennent très bien sur des barres de toit longitudinales. C’est vraiment hyper pratique quand on ne peut pas acheter de barres de toit comme c’est notre cas avec un Dacia Duster.
