Very good product

DO NOT BUY thisproduct. I bought this product in Mar 2025 and one side of head phone has stopped in around 7 to 8 months. It has a warranty of 2 Years, so i tried raising a complaint on Amazon but there is no way to raise this complaint as it only shows troubleshooting steps. I tried to then raise a complaint on Jabra website. They checked the product but cannot support it because this is sold by a seller from amazon so warranty is not under Jabra now. When tried to chat, they ask to hold to check and then the session gets timeout. I have explained and provided the details around 6 to 7 times but it again resets back with a new agent and same story. The product costs 7000 rupees and there is no support from Amazon.

I liked the noise cancellation and ease with which it can be used

I am a trainer who works from home and needed a pair of go-to reliable professional headsets. I already had a heap of cheap headphones at home and really was in need of a premium product that’d last. It’s been 2 months I’m using it and I’m a happy customer. The noise cancelling mic is incredible and love the comfort and fit. I was worried about these things before buying it. But Jabra didn’t disappoint me at all. Yes it is pricy but it’s certainly worth it if you’re a serious user.

Good price value,provide case for traveling

As many have previously reviewed, the packaging of this headset is horrible to the core. A 1.5k headset hasva better packaging than this one. Coming to the product itself, it's not up to the mark. The thing holding the mic looks loose and I fear it'll get further loosen as I use it daily for office calls. There's no case provided to keep the headset secure so I guess one'll have to buy a case to keep the headset in the bag or anything. Bottom-line: There are better products in this price range.

I use them for office calls. No fuss plug and play kind of wired headphones. Quality of calls is good and clear. This model doesn't have the jack pin. It has the USB pin, so you can only use it on laptops and not on mobiles.

It's a great affordable combo if you need a microphone and headphones together.

Good product and service

Casque qualitatif à prix abordable pour une utilisation professionnelle. Je possédais déjà un casque de cette marque Jabra et j'en ai été satisfaite donc j'en ai racheté un pour les réunions, les présentations, les visioconférences et appels. Le casque est reconnu directement par le système d'exploitation de mon ordinateur et se branche facilement via le port usb ce qui le rend assez polyvalent. Ce que j'apprécie le plus est sa légèreté, étant sensible, son port quotidien est confortable. Le son audio est qualitatif : les interlocuteurs m'entendent correctement sans latence ni grésillement et je les entends également distinctement. De plus, la station de commande pour le son est très pratique et visible, ce qui la rend importante lorsqu'on veut se mettre en silence sans perturber l'écran . De plus, son format compact permet de le transporter facilement, les écouteurs pivotent à plat pour éviter toute distorsion et casse à leurs niveaux. Je le recommande fortement pour ceux qui sont en télétravail. Petit bémol : le casque arrive peu protégé (dans un sachet et dans un sac en papier non rembourré).
