What a great this is. I have had a larger version of the neck wrap by this same company that I bought at the State Fair close to 20 years ago and the herbs are still going strong. I have kept it in a gallon freezer bag to keep the herbs from losing potency which has obviously helped. I have used that neck wrap to death but now I can't find it. It has to say something that given a choice of so many brands to choose a replacement from that I chose to stay with Nature Creation. While I have never used this product cold yet I can tell you that there is nothing like the warmth and aroma of this product to make you feel better.

This is the second set of therapy packs I have purchased, as I wore the first set out. I only use the large packs- after 2x week back treatments, however, the small ones stay cool and smell great. I was surprised that the current price is the same as an August 2016 lightening deal. Unless used frequently, the price may seem high. The packs do not freeze and the cloth is comfortable on bare skin. Turn the pack over for continued use after first side warms up.

These are the only heating pads I will ever buy. They're heavy, they heat up grate and just my favorite thing to ease muscles. Highly recommend them. Just wish these would be on sale a little bit more. But even with saying this I have bought over a dozen of these over the years for myself and friends and family. Just a great company and very well made.

This is the best heating pad. It wraps nicely around your neck and shoulders and stays in place. The smell is amazing and so soothing. A coworker bought one a few years ago at a mall kiosk during the holidays and since then we have been passing hers around the office because no one could find another one like it...I finally found it and have my own for home! I will be ordering another for work

Set comes nicley packaged. Scent is subtle. Seems to take a long time to heat up and doesn't last as long as other microwavable packs I've had. Was disappointed in the size of the back wrap. It's pretty small. That said, believe this is the same product my PT is using which is why I ordered it.

I use this product over and over again. It is excellent for helping with swelling and pain. I also used it when my mom had surgery which gave her great comfort. I loved it so much that I am ordering another.,

My 98-year-old​ Aunt had borrowed one -. now she needed her own She seems to like it a lot. It came with goodies she will probably never use. Smells strong. Not bad, just strong. I doubt the scent will last more than a couple of months. She can't sleep without it.

These are absolutely the best! Electric heating pads don't even come close. I received one of these as a gift about 7 years ago. The scent lasted throughout the years even after washing in the washing machine. I recently bought the entire collection. I highly recommend this to anyone that has aches and pains or just simply wants to have something warm them up on a cold night.
