Kashi, Breakfast Cereal, 7 Whole Grain Flakes, 12.6oz (10 Count)

This is the only cereal I like and now the only cereal that kashi sells that doesn't taste like Kelloggs Suger Frosted Crap. I am unable to find Kashi 7 Grain Flakes in the grocery store any more so I was happy to find it here on Amazon as a 10 pack. I have signed up for Subscribe & Save and the already great price became even cheaper.BTW I did write to Kashi and complain that the rest of there cereals are on par with Cocoa Puffs.

I really liked the multi-grained flavor of this cereal. It's also not very sweet with just a hint of sugar (fortunately, not corn syrup which I can't eat).This company does have really sweet berry-flavored cereals if that's your thing. Those are very tasty too, but a bit too sweet for my preference. I dilute them by putting these flakes in the mix.

I love this particular cereal by Kashi. Kashi has discontinued the 7 Grain Flakes which is why I bought 20 boxes. But I paid $50 to ship them to me. Not sure why it cost so much.

So tasty, my kids calll it "flakes" and ask for it constantly. I always notice when I have some how LONG it holds me, definitely many hours. This is made of SEVEN WHOLE grains: wheat, oats, brown rice, triticale, rye, barley, and buckwheat, with long grain rice, evaporated cane juice, wheat bran, oat fiber, barley malt extract, brown rice syrup, salt, and sesame seeds - most of which are organic. One cup has 170 calories, (of which only 5 are fat), 6 grams protein, 41 carbs, 150 mg sodium, 120 mg potassium, and only 6 grams sugar. BTW, the freshness dates are always a year or so away, so don't hesitate to buy 10 boxes at this great price. Excellent! You will love it!

I really love how the sweetness tasted like roasted grain, unlike other mainstream brands that just give an overwhelming sweetness that might as well be melted sugar cubes. If you want it to be sweeter, you can add honey, sugar or some sweetener. If you are like me who enjoy a plain and natural taste of grains, then enjoy!

best cereal. high fiber. low sugar. simple, crunchy, natural flavor. I have ordered cases from Amazon for the last couple of years. Why has the price increased so much? What has been about 36 bucks for 10 boxes is now $53???? What's that all about. SAD!!!!

We been eating this Kashi flakes for years, now is hard to find in stores. Replaced by new Kashi products wih loads of sugar. Thank you Amazon to carry it! Reasonable price, quick shipping.Best healthy breakfast product by Kashi, too bad they chanhing to "sugar-up" everything. No longer in stores around here, stucking only the junk high sugar stuff.
