Wish there were more stars to give them…
I got the socket blockers today. To my surprise, they sent me the 30 pack because they just ran out of the 6 pack. The product went on the socket really easily and I’m impressed! What a great product and business!

Love the idea - probably not necessary
While in a painting frenzy, I saw these and knew, just knew I needed them. As it turns out, it was just as easy to use painters tape to do the same thing. I can't even say using these were faster than taping over the outlets because for some reason, the covers just wouldn't cooperate easily and it took several tries before getting them to comply. Live and learn.

Investment worthwhile, will be buying again!
The media could not be loaded. I didn’t get around to using this socket blocker until a year after I first bought it. Once I started my painting project I remembered that I had ordered it. I was so glad that I was able to have something so handy to help prevent me from making a giant mess. It was so easy to use, and kept paint from getting in the wrong places. Also surprised that it is made in the USA, I will be ordering more of these ASAP. Worth every penny!

Meh!
I thought these would make our job easier while painting our home, but they take awhile to take off when you are done and not sure they made it any faster. Probably a waste of money.

Paint Pro VERY IMPRESSED
We spray almost daily for a living. We have for years used tape to cover the outlets which works but has its issues especially with light switches. This product allows us to quickly cover the outlet and light switches so that nothing gets on them and we mean NOTHING! Amazing results that deliver a clean finish. If you want to be budget minded, you could just use these on the light switches and tape the outlets but after you use them you likely will not want to go back to digging tape out of your outlets!

Quick, easy and effective
These were quick and easy to use. The hardest part was removing the backing to stick them onto the outlet or switch. Just remove the wall plate, peel the tape backing and stick in place. There is a small indentation that aligns with the screw on the switch or outlet. The were very effective at keeping paint off the switch or outlet, though some overspray did make it into the electrical box itself. The tape is sticky enough to be used over again.

Don’t bother, just use tape
They work for blocking paint but the reason I’m giving a bad review is some of the mounting tape stays on the outlet when pulling off which is a huge hassle to remove. Overall these aren’t worth using.

Not worth the money or trouble
Don’t waste your money or time.I purchased over 32 of these for a room project. More than half did not stick to the outlet metal flanges, as it is designed to do. While a little less than half secured properly to the flanges, when removed after the painting was completed, they left a glue residue that was impossible to completely remove. This I can tolerate, but what I could not tolerate was that they are way undersized. They should cover the entire opening in the wall for a standard North American outlet, but they do not. They leave at least 1/2” gap on one side or 1/4” on each side, which is a no-no when spray painting.so, I had to MacGyver painter’s tape to fill that extra gap. Which begs the question, then what is the point of these plastic covers. I will never purchase these ever again. It doubled my prep time and I will not recommend these to anyone - DIYers and semi-/pros.
