'm going on a trip to Europe with my 20 year old niece and was looking for a very comfortable, fairly stylish (NOT old lady shoes so I don't embarrass my niece! lol !!) pair of black shoes to do a lot of walking. I bought these and another pair of Cobb Hill shoes (Alexis) to see if they were as comfortable as the reviews. Well, I've only been walking in them at home on my tile floor so far, but I find them (both pairs) to be really cushioned and comfy.I'm usually a solid size 10 and these fit well with a thin pair of socks. I usually wear mostly flats, but this heel height seems comfortable (and well cushioned).I'd planned to keep the pair I like best, but they both seem cute to me and the same level of comfort, so I expect that I'll keep them both.Any comments on whether these might be considered "old lady" shoes?!

The price was amazing. I got a special sale or something. My feet are very difficult to please. These shoes are like slippers for me with my own orthotics inserted. No need to break in the leather, it’s very soft already. Very happy with these shoes.

I've avoided anything resembling a dress shoe because of my sore feet. I've suffered with foot problems for many years. I love the soft cushioned insoles in these shoes. They also have some arch support unlike most dress shoes. They are wide enough at the ball of the foot so as not to irritate my corns. Very comfortable. Well made. Well worth the money.

These are the ultimate shoes for me! I have had them for about a month and they are very comfortable. Perfect heel height, very pretty, and covers my foot as required where I work. The heel is nice and quiet. They feel a little tight when first putting them on but the foam adjusts to the foot and they are not tight when wearing. Love them so much I am ordering a similar pair.

The shoe is awesome, super comfy, fits well. My only issue is that I have worn these shoes for only 3 days and this morning when I put them on, my left shoe, it split at the seam. I do not have any struggle when putting on the shoes, the elastic parts were not overstretched at all. I have been thrilled with the comfort of these shoes and was very happy that I made the purchase.Now I am very disappointed!. I purposely spent more money on a pricier shoe so that it would be well made and would last a long time.

This is my second pair of Cobb Hill shoes. I bought the first pair two weeks ago in black and these in brown. They are so comfortable I can teach my three-hour night class on my feet the whole time! This is something I dress for every morning. I have to think about a 15 hour day, with the final hours on my feet. The heel is perfect height. Looks good with pants or skirts and is barely noticeable when walking. The soles are flexible. I just can't say enough good about these shoes.

I've never bought shoes online because sizing is so tricky for me. My feet are especially wide at the toe and narrow at the heel-- and I had a spur removed on one heel that makes it hard to find a good fit. In athletic shoes, I wear a 6.5. In pumps and dress shoes, I usually wear a 7W and find them a bit loose at the heel but still comfortable-- 6.5 in pumps usually kill me at the toes. I ordered these because I bought Cobb pumps a few years ago at a store, and the 6.5 with thin dress socks is comfortable for an entire work day. These did not disappoint me. Perfect fit. I'm delighted.

I really like these shoes. They look great with dress slacks and nice jeans. I only gave a them a 4 star since they are just a bit less comfortable than a pair of Cobb Hill sandals I recently purchased. I can wear the sandals all day which is something I have not been able to do for some time. However, I will say that with a thinner nylon sock I very well may be able to wear them most of the day. Aside from one other brand that is great for flat feet and fallen arches this one fills the bill. There are not a lot of options out there for those of us with these conditions and we need dress shoes too!

These shoes fit perfectly! I have narrow feet and they are so great!
