Light weight; easy set up
I like the 4 step foldable. It is light weight, folds & unfolds easily, & doesn't take up much space. It is sturdy as long as you set the legs on even ground & put the handles evenly on the pickup floor edge. It can be used at the floor level of my pickup & the dog walks up another step to the seat. It was a lifesaver for my wrenched back & my dog's painful leg. He would no longer jump into the pickup. It's easy to train your dog to use the steps with the right treats on steps & pickup seat. Great purchase!

5 stars is not enough!
These are perfect! I had the best of ramps, long, folding, rubbery ribbed no-slip surface, BUT they weighed a ton. I looked at less expensive, less heavy ramp options, but the surface was that sand-papery material, which garnered negative reviews and worried me. I looked at 99% of the steps, but they looked way too steep, with high shallow steps, and not real sturdy, esp if they were lightweight. I finally found these. TOTALLY PERFECT. Lightweight, wide and deep steps, non-slip surface, easy to unfold. Expensive, BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY! Took a day or two to coax my 90 lb dog to use them, but now she clearly loves them, and they definitely help with her arthritis.

Great folding steps, sturdy and grippy but the handles need improvement
Really happy with these stairs. Pretty lightweight and deploy super fast. There is not strap or clip to keep the stairs in the folded position but you don't need one. There is the perfect amount of tension in the stairs so they stay in the folded position, even when walking around with them, yet with a firm "throw" without releasing your grip they will fully unfold in a controlled manner. The foam grips do a good job protecting the car's paint. I am taking 1 star off though because the two handles that are supposed to meet in the middle and attach via Velcro are too short and are pain to put together. Makes transporting the stairs a bit of a pain

Excellent Stairs For Dogs
We have two Greyhounds that we were taking with us to the beach. One of our dogs hasn't been in a car very often and has been terrified of stairs. My wife had a plastic ramp with turf but its bulky and kind of heavy. Since our newest grey wouldn't go up the ramp I thought that I'd try these stairs. Unfortunately he wouldn't go up the stairs either (but I'm sure he just needs to get used to them). The portable stairs for Large dogs are really nice. They seem very sturdy, and they fold very easy as well. Other things that I like about them are the fact that they are light and very compact as opposed to our old ramp with turf. I was able to tuck these stairs under their beds in the back of my SUV. There's lots of options on Amazon for these type of stairs, but I think that I made the right decision. They are very nice!

Work great
Easy to set up and light weight. Took a little more effort to get him to try them but all good after a couple truck rides.

Excellent....but not for BMW X5
This is a sturdy, well engineered product that I was really excited about. I have a 130lb Maremma sheepdog (like a Great Pyr) and finding something he is comfortable with climbing that will hold his weight is a challenge. This was absolutely the solution. However, the 2024 BMW X5 back doors do not open wide enough to accommodate the 17" width. I tried the tailgate as well and it is too high with the thickness of the clamshell doors. It DOES fit a Suburban/Yukon/Escalade however perfectly FYI.

Ok for some uses
First the good, light, easy to fold, etc.The bad, the 4 step didnt reach my back seat. Unstable in my subaru ascent. The steps are some flexible material, covered in the fake grass. The top step slides about azquarter inch, forward and back allowing step to appear unstable, nice overall, but non functional for my application. Thanks amazon for allowing return.

Older dog helper
These steps were a big help for our older german shepherd. Recommend this product. Collapses to fit behind seat in car.

Ayuda
Súper práctica pero si es complicado utilizarla en las puertas debe ser utilizada solo en la cajuela de las camionetas
