The main drawback here, as others have noted, is the rather large gap between the inside of the lid and the top of your instrument, which rattles around as a result. I'd fold a towel up into there. Otherwise, no complaints. It's hard to find a hardcase of the right size and shape for a pineapple soprano.

Finding a case for a pineapple shaped ukulele can be an expensive and difficult proposition. Most run at least $100. This case provides nice protection similar to the Lanikai hard polyfoam cases but with the internal space cut out for a pineapple shaped soprano ukulele. It has an inside storage compartment large enough to store a tuner and an extra set of strings. There is an exterior compartment that is roomy enough to store whatever else you make require for that ukulele outing. I consider it a best buy. I gave it 4 stars because the cutout may not snuggly fit some pineapple ukes. It fit my Kamoa better than it fit my KPK.

This is a good little case which is exactly the right size and shape for a soprano pineapple uke. I was most impressed with the quick delivery. This one and many others like it come with a pouch on the bigger end, sewn on the outside. Invariably, it is too small for music and too big for small gadgets, like tuners. It serves a purpose, but not sure what. The small compartment inside the case is plenty big for a tuner or picks, extra strings. And one other comment, it is a hard foam case covered in canvas, so not really a hardshell case. Good one, though.
