I returned it just because its size it is way too small for man who wears XL.so I purchased much bigger size DJ size one (forgot the name but same brand)it looked way too big so I purchased because its better than small and guess what its not big as picture so it works for me. so if you want to buy small size this would be good for you (not for me) if you are big man you need DJ size.

The shell on the back is reasonably rigid. And it looks just as advertised (albeit on the small side). But the buckles are straight up cheap plastic. My strap broke the first day.

I love the design and the comfort it has on my shoulders I have used the charging spot but I got it mainly for outfits.

Durable construction and easy to use everyday. Lots of room for stuff.

I like it, I recommend itMore than I expected !!Comfortable and arrived in the time.

Great bag, good size and every thing I could ask, needs some more small zip pockets inside on outside but that's just my opinion.
