My son’s favourite at the moment
It come flat pack, it is so easy to put together ,Which I mean it is easy to store away too.My son is using it daily at the moment, he seem spent a lot of time on it (On and off) and to the mirror a lot as well lolHe did told me how to use it for different muscle : biceps, triceps, chest etcHe seem getting a little big of muscle on the upper body.It feel plastic to me but it must be hard plastic to be able to take all the weight.My son’s favourite at the moment

One-step home workout
This is a very good one-step home workout kit. This kit gives me several ways to train my muscles. It is really a good invention and can meet all my requirements for the training of my muscles. Due to the current situation, we need to work or study from home and this kit can help our workout or release our stress or anxiety. Meanwhile, it can easy to store and doesn't waste our space. I highly recommend this one-step home workout kit.

Injurys!!!!
Ive injured myself using this. The handles just fall out like nothing would never recommend anyone to get this. Why would u make something that just falls apart mid work out ive had a major injury. Thanks

got it next day so great quick service
Surprised by the quality, tested out the push up bars first, nice and solid, nice feel to them. Was advised by my chiropractor to use them to engage rotator cuff more and has improved my shoulder niggle. Ab wheel easy to assemble and does the job and skipping rope, well still a work in progress to do double unders but we will get there. Very impressed by what I thought might be a cheap product

Wasn't impressed at all. Instructions have no diagrams with how to use this there is no weight limit on site. It mentions chest but no chest mentioned on the board. The chest expanders that come with are not resistant at all very un impressed with product.

Overpriced plastic
Flimsy plastic that will flex when weight is on it. Elastic very weak and almost pointless. Took much longer to arrive than advertised. Instructions are not correct - the drawings do not represent the product! Don't waste your time and money

Where's the instructions?
Looks ok and sturdy enough, but very limited information on workouts. Thank god for google. I should have gone for another option.
