The media could not be loaded.  Do not like this machine at all! It takes several tries to get it to spin. Wastes lots of water! When you have to select drain & spin, again for the 4th time, it fills up with water each time.When I reached out to the company they said to just unplug it for about 10 mins, then try again. It will work, but only until the next load. We've had the machine for about 3 years, it's been a frustrating appliance since we brought it home.

I hate this washing machine and feel bad even giving it to someone for free.It is terrible.It constantly gets unbalanced.Today I ran two beach towels and two sets of sheets. It got unbalanced again.Unbalanced means you have to run the spin cycle, and then shut off the water (because it needs water to rebalance ?!!) and then hope it spins the 2nd time. Or the 3rd time.This adds an additional 15minute of baby sitting to each load.Today I ordered a new front loader, this is going to recycling.The product designers and approvers should be forced to hand wash dirty diapers for a year as punishment for putting such a poorly designed product on the market!

After 4 months and trying to like this new washer, I have decided to get rid of it and go back to a front loader. If you want to do anything but rinse your clothes, this washer is terrible. Clothes are never clean. 75 percent of the time if you put the machine on extra spin to get the clothes dryer, they come out soaked. The machine gets off balance so easily and can never balance itself, the cycle ends with soaked clothes. This is the absolute worst machine you could buy. Looks nice, has great features like automatic detergent dispense, everything you would want in features but this machine really gets zero stars. Sorry GE
