The shell
itself is plastic but seems to be durable. I am not exactly easy with my tools and they get used and abused and so far this thing is keeping up.

Not as advertised
In the listing picture it shows it being solid on top but in reality its got 2 holes on both sides at the top so water can go right in when it rains.
