It was originally scheduled to be delivered in 8 to 10 business days. When the end of the period arrived and I did not have the product I contacted K & R Electronics through Amazon Customer Service and received a very prompt reply. I told them that I was leaving on my trip in just a couple of days and and did not need the adapters if I did not have them before I left. But what do you expect from an adapter that costs less than a dollar each? And I used them almost constantly to charge my laptop and camera for "four months." Well worth the money.Remember that this is an adapter NOT a converter, which means the voltage of the plug may need to be altered.
