Q: what is the level of compression with size G?

The level compression is just the same as other sizes.

Q: How do I determine the size that I need

They do have a lot of stretch to them. The F size was a little big for me . I was placing it on my lower arm that measures about 10 inches. PICK YOUR BANDAGE SIZE - JJ Care Tubular Stockinettes comes in 5 different sizes. 2" x 28 yards roll, 4" x 28 yards roll, 3.5" x 12 yards roll, 4" x 12 yards roll and 5" x 12 yards roll. The bandages are also available in 100% full cotton for 26m rolls and rubber latex with cotton for the 11m rolls. The rolls are in natural color and do not cause skin itching.

Q: Is this easy to cut by hand?

These are easy to cut with a pair of scissors. This is my preferred brand. I only use the length I need.
