Brightest belt-carry light going!
Sometimes a wife is not appreciative of spending a little extra money to buy a really great quality product, like a Fenix flashlight. But my wife was so impressed with my first Fenix flashlight - the 860 lumens TK41 - that she wanted one for herself! We now have four TK41's - one in each car, one in the house, and one in her desk at work. The TK41 throws out an amazing amount of light at an incredible distance for a standard size flashlight, but when I wanted something a little smaller to clip on my belt or carry in a coat pocket, I opted for the Fenix TK22.At 650 lumens, this little light is amazingly powerful! It uses the new Cree XK-L U2 LED and runs on either one 18650 style battery or two CR132A batteries. This is a nice option since those are readily available as backups if you are in an extended power outage situation without being able to run a battery charger when you need one. Worth keeping a four pack of CR132A non-rechargeables on hand for an emergency, but will want a high-capacity 18650 battery for daily use, like the new 3400mAH units from Orbtronics and others: 3400mAh 18650 PROTECTED Li-ion (Panasonic NCR18650B inside) Orbtronic Battery - Latest Model-Top Button . You will also need a 18650 smart charger to maximize battery power and life. If you don't already have one, you may want to consider one of the bundles that includes charger and battery, or purchase a charger separately. I ordered a 4-bay charger to keep all our lights bright and freshly charged: Jetbeam NiteCore IntelliCharge i4 - 2nd generation The TK22 has four brightness settings, plus a two-speed tactical strobe and an SOS mode. On the low setting, at 7 lumens which is useful in many situations, it has an amazing 168 hours of battery life. At medium, 75 lumens for 17 hours, high at 250 lumens for 6.5 hours (typically the brightest setting you will need) and all 650 lumens in turbo setting for about an hour an a half. Not bad for a belt-clip light! The strobe setting is powered at 650 lumens, bright enough to do the job in a tactical setting, giving you a brief momentary advantage while your opponent is blinded, disoriented, and seeing red dots. If you are in law enforcement or the military, you will understand the benefits of this much light power in a belt-clip flashlight. It also features a hardened, scalloped crown around both the tail cap and head, capable of breaking out a car window or persuading an attacker in a hand to hand combat situation.Whether carrying on your belt while camping, hiking, or walking the dog, or in your toolbox, glove box, or tackle box, you cannot find a brighter light with better quality for the size. Highly recommended!

Another winner by Fenix
This was bought as a gift for my partner after the tremendous success of my older-model TK35. It has noticeably less light output despite similar lumen rating to my TK35, but it is still a lot, and this is a far more compact torch. As with most Fenix lights, the multi-button interface makes switching and changing modes very easy. Easy-to-access strobe mode actually makes this a surprisingly effective tool for personal defense. My partner absolutely loves this torch and neither of us would even consider another brand at this point. Be sure to use with quality lithium batteries like Panasonic to get good operating time out of any high-power LED torch like this one.

a great flashlight
this is one amazing small light..the first thing you notice when you remove it from the box is the superb finish..no burrs or sharp corners to snag your skin or clothing..the tail-cap switch works smoothly every time..some folks have complained abut the small mode button..i have not found it to be a problem so far..i also like that the light always comes back to the same function that it was set at when it was turned off..i bought a small light last year that was supposed to be a fenix..i think it was a fake as it changes to the next mode each time it is turned on..also that light does not have the fenix name on it..however this FENIX TK22 feels nice in your hand..is feels solid but is not heavy..you can carry this light all night and not get tired..one thing i did notice..this light needs hi quality batteries to function properly.DO NOT SKIMP ON CHEAP BATTERIES..get the orbtronic batteries with the panasonic cells inside.. you will not be disappointed...i highly recommend this light to anyone needing a good hi quality dependable flashlight.

Fenix TK22 impression
I wanted a compact flashlight that would throw a bright and wide beam of light. The TK22 does just that. This was my first LED type of flashlight and I've found out that is all I will ever buy again! A little on the pricey side, but in this instance I got what I paid for. The flashlight is a nice weight and I really like the feel of it. The beam is not adjustable as I have on a couple of flashlights that I've bought since this one, but the wide beam is very illuminating. It throws a nice white light and the buttons are crisp and solid. The brightness of these types of lights takes them out of the young childrens' realm of toys as if they are shined into the eyes it really hurts-be cautious giving this one to the kids. I bought the 18650 rechargeable battery and a charger for this and am quite happy with everything. I would buy this light again.

Bright as F#@$%
I have lost three of these now. Not good. This will blind a person. It has three settings and a separate on/off so make sure you know what setting it is on. So bright I could light the way for a dozen people in the pitch dark. I haven't tried the spikey weapon part but if you know what's good for you keep your distance from me on a dark road. (once I find this one)

Powerful light
I've been looking for a smaller everyday light that I could use for work and around the house. Nice powerful light and the quality of it is great. The light pattern is great. Not a thrower. The pattern spreads out decently and it can still reach out into the dark more than adequately. I have a Fenix TK41 and that one is a thrower. Right now I don't see any improvements needed on this light.

Schlechte Beschreibung.
