Purchased this book as a supplement to my private practice. It appears quite comprehensive, but the chapters are very lengthy. I was particularly looking for practical suggestions and help for providing treatment to a mother who had lost an elementary aged child in an accident. It had one small chapter devoted to the loss of a child, but the chapter was shared with another topic. It was not very helpful for this case. However, this book is a comprehensive resource and should be in every therapist's library.

This book was a replacement for one that my husband had. He is a counselor dealing with grief and trauma and the book is very helpful fir him. The book arrived in a timely manner and was in very nice condition.

This textbook offers great information. The one drawback is that the chapters can tend to be so long and for a textbook when you need to read several other chapters in this text or possibly in another text, one chapter of 70 pages is quite long.

Is a book I used in the course of my work. I has some good ideas.

Very comprehensive. Straightford. Easy to read and digest.

Very complete reference for the definition of Complicated Grief. A great reference for those who lead grief support workshops. I will probably have better knowkledge of the material after using it for a year or so.

Great book for those interested in such a subject.
