Absolutely love these. Easy to adjust weight on each side from one to five pounds. Strong Velcro strap holds these solidly on your leg as you exercise, walk or ride your bike.

These ankle weights are easy to adjust and comfortable to wear. The weight options are helpful, and they stay in place during workouts and walks. They feel sturdy and well made. Overall, they work well for adding a little extra resistance.

I needed heavy wrist weights for maximum flexibility for progressive overload of my biceps and shoulder exercises that could also be used for a variety of other purposes and users. I have long arms (6 ft tall) and these weight worked perfectly. I purchased the 20 lb (total) set. That means I can add anywhere from 2 lbs to 10 lbs to each arm which is WAY cheaper than purchasing an additional 8 dumbbells. These are REALLY easy to put on and pretty easy to add and removed weight as well.

These are great weights. They are comfortable to wear around the ankles. They are relatively unobtrusive as I do Pilates. They are even a nice color. The velcro is great and they adjust and hold tight to thin ankles. My one suggestion is that the company sew on one extra patch of hooks to hold the new of the strap when you are starting with only one weight. I plan to build up to more weight, and the less weight you wear, the longer the leftover strap of velcro is. The straps then flap. It's not terribly distracting, but if there were a small circle or square of hook material that I could attach the end of the strap to, I would prefer it.

I was a little worried these might be uncomfortable or cumbersome because I have small ankles but they're just fine. I'm starting at 2 lb but I wore them a little bit when I first got them with all of the weights in them and they were comfortable that way as well.

Easy to put on with adjustable weights.

I use these weights every night for a 6 to 10 mile walk. They are durable and I love that they are one of the heaviest ankle weight sets available. They are secure and durable.

The weights are good quality, but the style did not work for me. I have a petite frame with slim ankles, and the 5lb (10lb set) in these were too bulky and lacked adequate velcro to attach to my ankle securely. The individual weight packets are also difficult to get in and out of the slots. I will be replacing these with a set that use weighted pellets instead of sand.

I already have several sets of ankle/wrist weights. These are really high quality and comfortable. I got two five pound weights as i felt that i could lower to four or three (neither of which i have) and add to in addition to my other five pound weights if i wanted to. the little bags coming out is one of the things i was looking for and there is a bit of a stretch to the strap which helps make them fit nicely.

Great ankle weights for a surprisingly lower than competition price. The velcro strap is large and strong and the ability to change total weight by adding or removing the small weights inside makes it great for progressive training.

Well packaged. Good quality. Fits well on ankles. Adjustable velcro strap. I use as additional weight on my wrists when working with dumbbells. Highly recommend.
