Like not really waterproof.
So yah, installing batteries (which are not included) was a lil hassle. Then when I finally manage to install them , this toy was magic. Loved the lights and the sprinkler. But then it died after two days. So, like party over. I hope this helps

Cute and fun water toy!
My kiddos of all ages LOVE this little squirter toy! It takes 3 AAA batteries and it automatically lights up and starts spraying water out of the top once it senses it's in the water. Fun for bath or pool. When it's removed from water it shuts off. My kiddos like the happy face and push it all over the place in the pool. Very fun!

Multipurpose for Bath and Pool
It has been unseasonably hot the past few weeks and my kids have been spending a ton of time in the kiddie pool and in the tub and are getting tired the toys we have for both. This floating, spraying and lighting up water toy is a ton of fun, so much so that they take it back and fourth for both. I think babies and young toddlers would like this just as much as my three and five year-old.

~ ADORABLE. Plays MUSIC, Flashes PRETTY COLORS, Shoots WATER Out the Top ~
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This Color-Changing Musical Dolphin Water Spray Toy is ADORABLE. It comes with instructions and a tiny screwdriver to install batteries, which is easy to do. Once we place it in the tub, it turns on automatically, playing MUSIC and flashing its way through PRETTY COLORS, spraying a FOUNTAIN OF WATER out the top. When removed from the water, it turns itself off. I surprised the grandkids with this and they LOVE it! You may have to keep an eye on this so it doesn't spray water out of the tub if the water is filled too high. it's an absolute blast to watch it swim around.

Money well spent, but don't use rechargeable batteries.
best 16 dollars I ever spent! It does exactly what its supposed to! And I love that when you take it out of the water it turns off. Kind of a battery killer, but my baby loves it, so i do too. :)Update: I thought I'd be smart and get rechargeable batteries... do not recommend that. Regular batteries you get about 2 baths and by the 3rd its kind of sputtering for life. But the rechargeable batteries, fresh out of the charger, won't even get us 1 whole bath. And then when I put regular batteries back in again, it wouldn't work at all. So I ordered a 2nd toy and am hoping I can fix the first one and we can have 2!Still love this stupid thing.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was pleasantly surprised to see how both my toddler and infant were amused by this. My toddler doesn’t like sprinklers but found this fun and they both enjoyed playing with it in tub.

Not so great
I was so excited about this toy and could not believe they made something like this that’s made for water. So with that being said it’s not. It goes in the water after a few times it gets jammed and the water gets stuck in it and it won’t stop buzzing unless you take out the batteries. This is worth about 5-8 buck. It’s a cool toy but isn’t durable. It is entertaining for a todd.
