Lumbar Pillow Lower Back Support Cushion for Back Rest, Good Posture, Spine Pain, Long Sitting Hours at Chair, Office, Car Seat, Wheelchair, Large (18" W x 24”x 1.5”)

I have bought the ERGO21 extra large Sports Seat cushion, the ERGO21 Coccyx cushion, and the ERGO21 Lumbar Support cushion. I will be talking about all three here.A little history: I commute very far, up to 5 hours a day, in addition to an 8 hour work day sitting at a computer. For the last several years, my left leg had been going numb in the middle of my thigh. Eventually it started burning instead of just feeling numb. I was afraid I was getting nerve damage.I tried many seat cushions and massagers, but nothing helped. I tried the purple seat cushion, memory foam cushions, countless regular foam cushions. None made any difference.I started looking on the internet and found ERGO21 cushions. I was apprehensive about the price since I had so many failures with other products, but I decided the pain in my leg was too much and I had to try anything that might help.I am happy to report, ERGO 21 fix the problem! After 4 years of worsening leg pain, I no longer feel any pain or numbness. This thing is a miracle. It did such wonders that I have bought one for my office chair along with the lumbar support, and one for my living room chair that I watch TV in. I will be getting one for my car once I have to start driving into the office again (after Covid is over).The lumbar support is nice. I have not felt too warm or cold while using it, which use to be a big problem for me. I had to put a blanket over the back of my mesh office chair because I would get cold, then take it off when I felt too hot. This lumbar support never feels cold or hot.I have gone from only being able to sit and work for a couple hours at a time to being able to sit 6 to 8 hours without discomfort and that is huge for people that have long commutes and work on computers all day.I am also over 270 lbs, which I know contributes to my pain, but the ERGO21 cushions have been a big help to my ability to work while trying to lose weight.I highly recommend these to anyone that has to sit a lot. Life is too short to remain in pain!

Crossposted to all 3 items. Well, here's a story of a minor miracle. I drove across the country -- nearly 3000 miles in 4 days. By the end of it, I had a pinched nerve which caused constant pain, especially while driving the car, and excruciating when getting out of the car -- shooting pains all up and down my left leg. Since I live in a rural area where nothing is in walking distance, this was putting a serious crimp in my life -- I'd grit my teeth and venture out to get essential groceries, but otherwise I was pretty much housebound.I bought the ERGO21 Lumbar Support Cushion for the back and the Sports Cushion for the seat, and the incredibly responsive owner of the company, Steve Gambhir, also sent me the Lumbar Roll, which came 2 days after the rest. The two cushions immediately alleviated the pain of driving -- I could now drive comfortably, though getting out of the car was still punishing. When the Lumbar Roll arrived I stuck it behind the back cushion and drove a half hour for an appointment, and (cue the trumpets and choir of angels) no more pain getting out of the car. I'm mobile again! The ERGO21 didn't cure my pinched nerve, but it made it possible for me to get out and about without pain for the first time in a month. Hallelujah, I have seen the light!

This a great cushion for more more than 1 reason. First, It really helps my low back when I'm sitting in my recliner. It braces me so that I don't slump over and which would make my spine curve, but rather makes me sit up tall. It's also very useful to put behind your head to brace your neck, and another useful thing is to put it between your knees when lying on your side to align your spine. I'm sure I'll keep finding more uses as time goes because it's very important to keep your spine in alignment. The seller, Steve, has been extremely helpful in helping me find the right cushions. So, I will go ahead and give more info on other cushions that I have purchased because if you are like me, you need CUSHIONS THAT WORK. I also bought the Ergo21 Sports cushion (large, I weigh 160 lbs) and the Large Lumbar Cushion for the back of my desk chair. Also, the Travel Cushion for my car. I have Scoliosis of the spine and I have to say...These have been a life changer. Oh, I also have the cushion insoles for my shoes and "Wow" what a difference it has made. I don't leave very many reviews but feel that I must try to help others who need this information for back pain.

I can't tell you how many of these things I have bought and been disappointed by "all" of them except this one . Youack problems this will help you .they have two sizes I chose the large size but it was too large for my Mazda Miata hard leather seats not much padding in them .this support cushion makes the seats feel like my old Fleetwood Brorougn Cadillac ! the designer actually called me when I told him I wanted to exchange it for the smaller one, how many times has that happened to you ? right ,zero times ,in today's world companies think only of the bottom line not customer service or quality .you get both when dealing with this company and there not paying me to say this . I have the large sport cushion for my rear and will be exchanging the large lumbar cushion for the smaller version .and they don't charge you is you decide you want a different item or a refund ,so you've got nothing to loose .I am sharing this review with "all" my Facebook friends many have back problem .I'm going to be 72 next month and it really is a pleasure taking long drives with it in our Miata .due your self a favor and get both items whether you are in a wheel chair ,a car of a trunk you'll be glad you did.
