Simple and works as designed
Works as designed. It’s plug n play, and powers a Unifi camera just fine. Hopefully durability is good. Trendnet seems to put out very decent equipment these days.

Good for when you don't have a poe switch
Works well to provide poe power . Nicely made solid construction. Standard IEC power input is a plus too for use with PDU.

Watch Your Power Cord
The unit has been rock solid operationally for 5 years running a PTZ camera for me. Today, I went to add a new switch into my cabinet, and I found the power cord outer insulation had started to fail where the cord was bent. The wire insulation is intact, so no fear of a short or fire. If you have the unit stashed and not all that accessible/visible, I suggest you do routine inspections to see if you need to replace the power cord.

In use for 7 years straight - still going strong!
I purchased this injector in April 2018 to power my big Dahua PTZ 30x zoom surveillance camera, which is a power hog. It is now June of 2025 and it has literally never skipped a beat for 7 years. Still powering my same camera with zero hiccups or outages. This thing sits in my garage in Arizona too, mounted to the wall, and even with the heat, it's never let me down. I came to the listing to buy another one and was shocked that it was that long ago that I bought it, so I had to leave a review for it. Definitely got my moneys worth!

good PoE+ injector
This is a nice PoE+ injector. I needed a PoE+ injector and not a regular PoE injector and this works well

I like TRENDNet products. Generally they are reasonably priced and just work. I'm using this to power an outside bird nest box. Plug one network cable between the router and the injector, and then I have a 6m long ethernet cable going through the wall to outside plugged into what was a TRENDNet IP security camera, which I've retrofitted into a home made bird box. I've subsequently added an extension adaptor to move the box another 4m further away, and the power and quality of signal is unaffected.

Cumple sin problemas con lo previsto. Comprado para alimentar dos switches Trendnet TPE-P521ES (passthrough, el primero de ellos alimentando al segundo), funcionó todo a la primera. Lleva poco tiempo funcionando, pero a día de hoy me parece una buena opción calidad/precio.

Très bon produit. J'utilise plusieurs injecteurs pour alimenter des caméras ou des antennes GPS situé parfois à plus de 50m. Cet injecteur est stable. Les performances de transfert réseau sont bonnes et stables. Rien à redire.
