Secure harness when fitted correctly.
Wasn't sure how much success I'd have harness training a 4-year old Bengal cat, but she has taken to this without too much fuss. It's important to harness train cats in small steps to begin with...The cat will likely exhibit unusual behaviour at first, such as flopping on the ground or crawling on the floor or reversing in an effort to escape it, so make introductions short to begin with, no more than 5 minutes first time then all going well keep trying it each day gradually increasing the duration each time, making sure it's properly fastened and secure but allowing enough space to get two fingers under it so it's not too tight. The trick is to persevere and encourage the cat with treats and lots of petting and reassurance each time and try to engage them in play so that they develop a positive association with it.Within just a few days my cat was allowing me to put the harness on her without any fuss. After leaving the harness on her about an hour (during which time she mopped around in an apparent huff) I decided it was time to put the leash on her and take her into the garden. Once she had the outdoors to explore, along with me for security and reassurance, she took to it well and didnt try to escape. I have to say the leash that comes with the harness is also excellent, since the bungee prevents too much jarring or risk of injury if she bolts. A couple of times she did want to run, but mostly out of joy from having all the space to explore. The bungee leash was perfect for that, and once she's used to it, I will maybe switch to an extending chord leash to allow her to range a bit further while still staying safe.I'm confident after a few days training that I can now take her further afield and go on trips into the countryside without her freaking out and/or trying to escape. I was given the advice that tying a knot into the part of the harness where it fastens to a leash can help make it more difficult for the cat to escape, but I haven't found that I needed to do that. While this harness can be tricky to put on, requiring that it goes over the head then fastening on two sides, it is very secure once in position and adjusted to the right size for your cat. It should also be quicker to get used to than say a jacket harness, which may be easier to put on, but is also more restrictive. I'd previously tried a 'Voyager Step-In' jacket harness actually meant for small dogs, and she didnt take to it very well, freezing and flopping over almost as if she was having a seizure. I may work up to the jacket harness for certain outdoor conditions (winter for example), but the 'Come To Me Kitty' harness seems to be doing the job just fine, and compared to a jacket harness, it should quickly feel to the cat like it's not even there.Overall very happy with my purchase, and the cat seems happy too now that it's opened up a whole new world of outdoor adventures for her.

Perfect for 7kg Maine Coon - very secure & no objections!
Very successful for my 7 kg Maine Coon boy. Having tried at least five other cat harnesses and even a couple meant for dogs , this was a final purchase that amazingly worked. We only use it for run arounds and tree climbs in the park but it never slips off and is very easy to get on him. It manages to be very secure and strong enough for a very large kitty. Light and minimal strapping , not a straight-jacket like so many others.Note that we don’t use it for “ walking “ the cat, but it’s perfect for an indoor kitty who likes an outing and tree climb every now and then.

Great lead, let down slightly by mistake.
Second of these leads I have bought and is great for taking my cat out. She loves exploring the garden. It is easy to use (when your kitten isn't fighting you trying to put it on her) and the bungee chord means she can lunge with suddenly being pulled up short. However there is an issue. The previous lead feed smoothly through the loops at the back of the neck because the two tapes were laid so the back of the top tape laid over the front of the lower tape. Which meant they stayed flat in relation to each other.Whether there has been a design change or a mistake in manufacture, this one has been stitched so the tapes are back to back, which causes one to turn over. This means it does not feed through the D-loops smoothly when my kitten lunges, leaving it loose enough for her to escape.Fortunately she hasn't realised she can escape yet, but only a matter of time.As long as you are aware of this and keep adjusting the position of the rubber retainer you should be OK.

Not bad
Not bad. It gets the job done but I don’t think it’s the most comfortable harness for a cat

Not Fit for purpose.
We bought these based on being recommended by the Outdoor Bengal. The extra length of harness down the back is good for going through our winter coats and the straps themselves more comfortable than bulkier harnesses we have but we would not recommend this harness at all. With no intervention, as it comes this harness does not stay in position and therefore highly escapable. You can see on our boy that the straps that go over the head and are suppose to sit on shoulders but they work loose and fall off theshoulders. This is because the little black rubber O-ring (seen in the 3rd photo) does not hold and slips and slides. You need to provide some kind of clip yourself to stop the O-ring moving If you want piece of mind in a harness, these are not for you. They certainly are not for us.

Perfect
I've bought a harness for her before, but she hated it. It gave her a lot of stress. But as she loves to be outside so i wanted to give it another go. As she's got a lot of fur i wanted something that wasn't gonna be too warm. So this will also work for summers. This harness arrived 3 days ago! I put it on her very loosely the evening I got it and she wasn't too keen. But I distracted het with a few toys and she didn't even notice it anymore. The next day I let her outside in the garden with it and she just did her thing as she usually does. Today (day 3) I put the leash on and that is when it started annoying her and started yo bite the leash. But I held it up very lose and she started walking. She doesn't run off so I actually felt secure enough to open the gate and walked a bit outside the garden. Her little nose went in overdrive with all the smells. She has to learn to walk with a leash properly. And I eventually will get her a roller one. But for now, I am really happy with this harness. It is easy to put on and to adjust. I watched a YouTube video of someone putting the harness on their cat and I found that to be very helpful. I knew on forehand how to put it on her so it didn't take unnecessarily long as you're trying to figure it out a long the way. There's also manual included which I found helpful. It explains how it's safely secured on your kitten. The only issue I have with it, is the clip thingies are small which make it a bitdifficult to open. And I think for larger breeds it may be too small. My kitten is 4,2kg. And she is wearing the large model. There is room to grow, but she is petit compared to her siblings. They may not fit this when they're fully grown. Which is also something to keep in consideration

Aucun appel aucun message pour me prévenir. Et en plus la livraison à été notée comme "déposé dans la boîte aux lettres). J'ai dû demander à mes voisins si quelqu'un l'avait en sa possession

Great product
Value for money purchase. It is nylon but the build quality is good.My cat accepted it immediately. The bungee leash is awesome to ensure cat doesn't choke constantly.

Best Cat Harnesses!!
Awesome harness for my 5 month old kitten. It is currently probably a tiny bit too big for him (I got a medium) but he’s still growing and this harness is very adjustable so it fit him well. This is our 3rd harness we have tried so Oliver (the cat) is used to harnesses now.He was able to move freely and run around which other harnesses have restricted his movements and he lays there. It’s pretty simple to put on, and comes with instructions that are very detailed. To get him used to this new harness a bit quicker I played with him and gave him treats while he was wearing the harness. As shown in the photo, I took his favourite toy (da bird by go cat) with us outside this was also done incase he was able to escape the harness, I could lure him back.He was able to play and jump around in it and did alot of running, which he never did in his last harnesses.I did measure him before getting the harness according to measurements he was a small to medium cat. I am not sure if that’s correct to be honest. I might have accidentally measured him after he ate. Thankfully it’s very adjustable so he will grow into it and fits him pretty well now.I also pair this with a retractable leash as I find it easier, and it gave Oliver some more freedom.Oliver has only been wearing harness for the last 2 months and he has taken to this one the quickest. So, this is a win for us!
