these really work for fingernails, an amazing transformation! I have always had weak, soft bendy fingernails that were always a mess and looked terrible. now they are hard, tough and grow like crazy. fun to polish, ppl even ask me if they are real!as far as helping nourish my scalp and hair, maybe but not so sure. I have always had fine thin hair, don't think a supplement can fix genetics. at 75 yrs old my hair doesn't seem to be thinning even more, so perhaps these are helping with that too...

These pills have good ingredients that should help with hair and nails, but I didn't notice any marked improvement in my hair or nails taking these.

Been taking and have noticed a little less shedding but no thickness like I desire. I guess I have to be patient. Not as easy to swallow but manageable.

After taking it for about a month I seem to notice a little less hair falling out. Not sure I see any improvement to my nails yet. These things take a long time to notice. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow and don't cause any gut issues.

This hair vitamin is in tablet form, I personally preferred capsule, which is easier to swallow. It contains 120 tablets, good amount for the price. I am not happy about the expiration date, which is 02/2023. So, I have to stop what I am currently taking and switch to this one before it reaches its expiration date.
