Jil Sander Stylessence Eau de Parfum Intense Spray 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)

I purchased this perfume a year ago, along with the Rich Body Cream at Saks in Palm Springs. I ran out of the body cream and when I tried to purchase more I have found that it is impossible to find and Saks no longer carries them. I am thrilled to at least see the perfume is available. It is the first fragrance I have smelled in years and years that I fell madly, hopelessly head over heels in love with. It is such a sophisticated, earthy fragrance, and used with the body cream lasts, and lasts, and lasts. I used Jil Sander #4 for many years, but tossed it by the wayside after trying Stylessence. I have received so many compliments on the way I smell since I began wearing this. I would love to see the Rich Body Cream for sale somewhere...I'd be their best customer! I'm sure the Milky Body Powder is nice, but as I only have showers in my home it doesn't do me a lot of good. Please, if anyone knows where to find the rich body cream, let it be known!12.23.2012 Update. Was so excited to see the perfume on Amazon as it is impossible to find. Thought I'd drop a hint to my husband! But then I saw the price. $170 for a $70 bottle of perfume? That price is absolutely ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Don't get me wrong, this perfume is nice enough but I wouldn't buy it again. The reason is because I think the fragrance of Jil is far better than the Jil Stylessence. I paid a lot of money for this because I couldn't locate Jil. It may be discontinued - I hope not. If anyone knows where I can find the original Jil, let me know? That would be so kind of you. Thanks for any help and just remember, this is merely one persons opinion and you might just love this fragrance. I've learned to proceed with caution on one persons review. Just a little sage advice from me to you, it's the least I can do. Now go forth and find me that Jil! :-)
