Super Pike jewelers saw blades are the newest jewellers saw blades from Scies Miniatures SA of Vallorbe Switzerland. These blades start out exactly the same as our Otto Frei Swiss brand but then receive a slightly different heat treatment process which makes these blades harder, but not more fragile. Then they are given a thin coating that acts like a cutting lubricant making them cut with less resistance. The added processes makes for a blade that last longer, stays sharper longer and is more comfortable to use. Recommended for gold, silver and other soft alloys like copper, brass and aluminum. Jewelers Saw Blades are 130 mm (5.125") long and are used in jeweler's saws and fretsaws. They will not fit coping saws.

These definitely last longer than the cheap ones. I have been using mainly 3/0 and 4/0 for about 2 years and ditched all my cheap brands.

Like the way they cut
Work on silver and brass and they cut well

Better than Laser Gold, but much cheaper
Been using Pike for years, and this iteration of the blade is the best on the Market. If you currently buy laser gold (same as regular Pike), you owe it to yourself to give these a try, and you will save money, and have a better product.
