Perfect concealable ankle holster
The holster is amazing. It’s super light weight, comfortable and secure. It allows air flow so no sweaty leg issues and is quite durable. If you’re a man and you don’t wear girl jeans then it isn’t noticeable at all. Perfect concealable ankle holster. I would definitely recommend this holster.

Best quality ankle holster on the market.
I've tried many ankle holsters over the years for concealed carry and none of them are this comfortable or concealable. This one actually carries my Sig Sauer P938 with an extended 7 round magazine perfectly, even under blue jeans. I would even consider ankle carry with this holster as a primary carry method under some circumstances. This is the best ankle holster I've purchased so far.

Very secure,comfortable.
This is the first ankle holster I’ve had that I have almost forgot I was wearing, no downward slipping, very secure. Had it on for 8 hours & almost forgot I was wearing it. Like it very much.

Best Ankle Holster
There is a review complaining about this ankle holster being too small. This is rubbish. I'm 5'11", 218 lbs, overweight, I weight train, and backpack... and this ankle holster has more than enough material to cover my ankles. The afore mentioned review must have extenuating circumstances, nasty cankles or something. That being said, I've hunted high and low for all the features this ankle holster has to offer, and I'm happy to say I've found this.Pro's:The 'inner wrap' that comes with this is a genius solution to preventing the holster from sagging and sliding down one's cankles. The 'outer wrap' is the perfect way to keep the firearm from "winging" out from your leg and flagging to anyone who knows what to look for, "Hey, I'm carrying."How seamless the holster gels with your leg really depends on what the firearm you carry is, how heavy it is and so, in my opinion. If you're carrying a Bersa Thunder or a SCCY CPX-II then this will look and feel like a lump in your sock after a few days of use, and you'll forget it's there. I personally carry a Glock 42 which carries a little more heft and so I'm reminded that there is a block of steel down there every now and then. But I couldn't be happier with this.I personally prefer having a molded piece of plastic to holster my firearm into. I like the trigger guard mechanism. And I like the security and confidence of knowing that it's kept in a secure manner. I've never liked thumb latch mechanisms to hold my firearm in place. It's a step in the way, that I don't to deal with. Plus its just another piece to fail. I also like the modularity. If I decided I wanted to carry a smaller firearm like Walther, or a Beretta down there, I could get a different mold from Alien Gear, and it would snap right into their system.Con's:Some people prefer the look and feel of leather. I get this. I have the same preference on my cell phone. This doesn't bug me when it comes to my firearms, but I totally get it when it comes to preference. Its a lot of material, and a lot of set up. You get used to it. And to be fair, some ankle systems require a garter up by your knee so, its not like Alien Gear is alone in this Con, but, still... In general I think they did the best they could with an imperfect world. The mount system is adjustable. You can reposition the molded piece to different ride heights which is really nice. Normally this would be a total Pro. Except it took me the better part of an hour to take the system apart to get the piece to adjust. The engineer in me wonders if there isn't a better way to build a lock down system, while still maintaining a minimalistic system. Maybe adjusting the tension slide? Or the twist nuts with an equivalent of slightly better quality? As an end-user this would not prevent me from purchasing this, you set it once and forget it, mostly. Just be prepared to read the instructions, take deep breaths, and have some tools prepared. Maybe keep children away as you scream some mild explicatives.

Good for Casual Use, Not So Good for Duty Use
I give this holster 4-stars for casual use and 2-stars for duty use, so an average of 3-stars. I work in executive security and work 10-14 hour shifts carrying concealed. Sometimes our attire does not permit us to carry on the waist, so we must carry on the ankle. This holster is not comfortable for extended use, particularly the stabilizing spur. Maybe it would be better with thicker socks, but I wear thin dress socks. Additionally, this holster seems to be a little thicker than a Galco Ankle Glove, but I had a hard time trying to measure this or show its bulkiness. Also, with the stabilizing spur fully extended, the holster still rides very low and is visible when you sit down or your pants start riding up (and the spur is always visible). This holster was good and would be fine to wear in casualwear for a few hours at a time, but I would not recommend it for duty use. It works good in theory, but not so much for practical work use.**I have been wearing a Galco Ankle Glove with a Glock 26 for nearly 20 years in both law enforcement and security (had to replace a couple of times due to use over the years). I tried this holster for a few 12-hour days with a Sig P365. I had to return this and buy a Galco Ankle Glove (Glock 42--fits P365).

Awesome retention, but you can still draw easily
Great product! I use this holster often, and it does exactly as it describes. The first thing I did was trying to run while having it on. I ran approximately a half mile and the holster and gun stayed perfectly in place. There is plenty of retention on the gun, that you dont have to worry about it coming out of the holster while moving, while still being able to draw and reholster smoothly. Great product, highly recommend! Although there site is cheaper than Amazon. I purchased on Amazon for the ease of the return, if it turned out I didn't like it. Next time I'll buy directly from them.

Great Product
I've been wearing this for a week and a half and I love it. I work in an environment wearing a gun is not permitted so I cannot take a chance at getting caught. This conceals a P365 perfectly, and I am sorry I didn't find this sooner.
