TransformersStarscream Waspi Generations Legends

Hi, EnragedFlame here, and I'm reviewing the Starscream and Waspinator Legends Class figures, and I was overall impressed. When I bought it, I knew that it included two figures (the two that started my collection!) and I was only testing to see whether or not to buy other Transformers figures, but this was over-the-top amazing! The only reason I rated it as 4-stars is because they were a bit simple, and I couldn't use them too much. For Starscream, he's a grey, blue and red color and he includes two guns that attach to his sides. The transformation was easy, which I enjoyed. For Waspinator, he can convert to wasp, weapon and back to robot. The wasp mode is just simply a wasp, the robot is a robot with a face and legs, but the weapon mode attaches onto Starscream's hand, and it's treated like a movable cannon. So if you love Transformers, (Cybertronian form), and are looking for a small, easy toy, (and if you love your Seekers!) then I recommend buying the Transformers Generations Legends Class Starscream and Waspinator Figures! My almost 5 year old has been asking for Starscream for a while so when I saw this I thought we'd give it a try.What I like best about this toy is that my son can transform Starscream into a plane all by himself which makes both of us very happy (I don't have to struggle with another transformer!). The Waspinator also transforms very easily and is fun for my boy.The size is pretty small but I expected that so wasn't disappointed or anything.Overall, I'd say a very good toy and one that has provided a lot of fun for the kids.

My five year old enjoys streaming G1 Transformers during the weekend so we been slowly building a collection.This particular set is great for the following reasons:Price - On the low price level.Operation - It's a winner, it's simple and easy to play/transform with a tolerance to abuse/stress.Aesthetics - you know who he is and even though is a smaller scale, the color, build and design are defining of Starscream.Lastly, Mars loves to play with them and even took them to show and tell at his kinder class.

I bought several of the Transformers Generations toys for my son for Christmas. They say ages 5 and up, but they are very difficult for even my husband & I to transform. This one was a little less complicated, so I gave it 3 stars. But, in my opinion, they are not the best for actually playing with - they might be better just sitting on a shelf as a collector's item.

This is the perfect transformer for my 6yo son. The hinges and transformation steps are fairly solid and it's fun looking.

The plastic is lightweight and cheap. The ball and socket joints of the figure come apart easily, especially when transforming the figure from robot to plane and vice versa. The positive of the figure is it is not complex in terms of tranforming. I dont see this figure lasting very long. The ball joints are only going to get looser and its inevitable that those pieces will fall off and most likely end up lost.

Goes well with the other two Legends class Seekers released in the Combiner Wars line
