Not like picture
Maybe its me not understanding the instructions but I cannot work out how to get the phone holder in the centre of the ring light - seems to be missing something to do this job. Other than that, it functions well and good for now. Can certainly get equivalent alternatives at lower price

Not as advertised - wrong/knockoff product was delivered
This is not the product I’ve ordered – not the Ubeesize product but non-branded Modus LED Ring not comparable in quality or features. The tripod is flimsy and doesn't have any of UBeezie logos. The content of the box does not resemble the one on the shown on your site and it is not suitable for my needs. Product supplied appears to be on of the other LED lights sold on amazon for £18-20 not the £83 product as advertised.

Not a Ubeesize product
This is an expensive but cheap knockoff. It's not the Ubeesize brand as advertised and it's plastic garbage. If it cost a fraction of the original that might be acceptable. But to pay £85 for this junk is galling. I'm one of those people who never return anything because it's too much trouble, but I can at least warn others.
