This filter is not like a vitamin shower filter to remove chlorine with added perfume from South Korea . It doesn’t add anything much but it’s very cost efficient. For my usual cost of one month, this filter can work 4-6months .the Longevity is not yet tested by myself, but I can see my hair health dramatically improved within just two days use ! I started suffering from hair losses these days and I knew that it might be the water quality deterioration . I had bought 2 other similar products but no effects . My bouncy beautiful shiny hairs got gradually thinner and thinner and harder and eventually cut by themselves to shock me . My floor had blond hairs around my mirror as if I have a big dog at home .I was desperate to stop loosing more hairs and ordered this filter. Now sorted ! My hairs are visibly recovering. This filter seemed to have managed to eliminate chlorine or any harmful chemicals in water . I saw my water spitting dark water and swans in the river got dark feathers . It has been endless efforts to buy new filters and the high quality and honest products are rare . It takes time to import and I could not wait anymore. I had wasted so much money with not South Korea products . This came straight without waiting time by prime and the installation took literally 1 -2 minute. It doesn’t beautify my skin like vitamin showers but delightful for hairs without worrying about my wallet. If you notice any hair damages , worth trying this . I am so happy to have tried this finally and relieved to be out of worries for 6 months !

Myself and my family have definitely noticed a difference afterusing the filter. We live in London and after reading a couple of reviews was a bit worried we wouldn’t notice a difference but we certainly did. Very easy to install, water is a lot more softer, skin feels so much better and softer it looks nice, aesthetically, no issues with the water flow or any leakages and the quality is very good

I have an itchy scalp due so much limescale it definitely helped my scalp.However,The first time I bought the filter it was pretty much impossible to open the top but managed at the end.Then I bought second one,the top opened with no issue but the cartridge got stuck inside,I was unable to remove it to remove the seal. So I returned it yesterday and got replacement today. And I thought ,not again, cartridge got stuck again. I ended up putting scissors which are quite thick and tried lifting the top of the cartridge without damaging the seal and it worked.This is the reason I gave 4 stars. I hope it helps .But overall filter is nice and looks quite nice.

Unfortunately I had problems installing this shower filter due to the supplied washer. The filter housing would not screw far enough onto the shower fitting to create a watertight seal, resulting in water spraying from the connection.After investigating, I found that the inner ring of the supplied washer was not perfectly round and the washer did not lie flat in the fitting. I replaced it with the washer from my existing shower hose and the filter housing immediately screwed much further onto the thread and seated correctly.Customers should not have to use a washer from their existing shower hose to make a new product fit properly. As a result, I am now left needing to source a replacement washer for my shower hose.The filter housing itself appears well made, but the supplied washer caused unnecessary installation problems and frustration.I have now used this product and I have enjoyed the best shower I ever had, my skin feels wonderful, I would recommend and buy again, but have spare washers standing by!

Hard to tell the extent of what it does to the water - I dare say the scaling marks are thinner / more homogeneosly spread than before. My hair and body don't seem to have clocked in any difference, but I suppose it also doesn't harm.If anything, it's a cheap bur sturdy part, and the ever so slight pressure drop may mean you'll save some money on the water bill.

It’s been a couple of months now since I purchased this. I spent hours researching and looks for a good enough filter that don’t cost an arm and a leg. Most of the filter shower heads reviews and stars are actually about the shower head itself and water pressure or look, nothing about the actual filter.From day 2 my hair felt softer.. no need to detangle anymore. Now after time I can notice the difference in my skin. It’s actually shocking to see what we become used to without this filter and think it’s ok.YOUR HAIR AND SKIN DOES NOT NEED TO FEEL THE WAY IT DOES. This was a great investment. Asking as this product exists, I will keep buying it.My only annoyance is that I did buy it years ago. It’s changed my hair and skin for the better. That real holiday feeling you have when your abroad and your hair and skin feels amazing.. well turns out you can have it at home too.

I PURCHASED THE FILTER WITH MY OWN MONEY AND HAVE NO AFFILIATION TO THIS OR ANY OTHER AMAZON SELLERS.Do not buy if you actually have skin condition or dry hair and live in London or anywhere where water is treated with chloramine - it will not filter any chlorine from your water.I USED THIS FILTER FOR WEEKS BEFORE WRITING THIS REVIEW. When using this filter, I still continued to have the burning sting I receive from chlorinated water on the area of my skin with my eczema flareup. I then purchased two separate water quality tests to check chlorine level, PH and water hardness. I also tested normal water straight from the tap in my house and distilled water (as a control). Now although I used 2 separate tests, I conducted each test 3 times. The straight from tap water and ‘filtered’ water produced the same result for chlorine and hardness, the only difference was PH. The distilled water had different results, showing me that the test actually worked (but the filter didn’t).The filter uses ‘KDF’ but it does not mention which KDF media it uses. I suspect it is KDF 55 as KDF 55 can only filter water where only chlorine is used but not where ammonia is added to the chlorine to treat water (to make the treatment last longer), as is the case in London and many cities in UK (and around the world). That is why many other filters you can purchase that use KDF 55 also include vitamin C, carbon or other similar layers (to provide greater filtration). Some even use KDF 85, which also filters chlorine compounds like chloramine. I emailed the support email to ask what other filters they had - they refused to answer.I then asked on Amazon for anyone who had used the product for at least a month to confirm whether it worked - the seller removed my question!It does look okay and I where it’s placed on a mixer.Negative points:1. Does not filter much of the water we use in homes in cities.2. Difficult to remove (I had to replace it with one from another company that actually works).3. Difficult to change filters - I tried to open it once it took it out and found it too difficult.4. Getting information about it was difficult as my question was fraudulently removed and no one answered my emails.Good things:1. Easy installed2. Easy to purchase filter replacementsThere are filters out there that I have found to work for my water supply - improve the softness and quality of the water. My skin and hair can attest to that.

I have bought this to replace the Blu shower filter. We live in an area where the water quality isn't great, and the short to medium-term residue shows fine sand coloured residue. We replaced the old shower filter monthly, and even then, the dirt and residue would be beyond the filter into the shower head, and this isn't an effective filter. This unit, on the other hand, is far larger and from a known quality manufacturer. It promises 6 months of life; however, I'm willing to do it sooner. For the first few uses, it seems to work perfectly. It was easy to fit, follow the instructions, and it works well.
